Oil കൂടിയാൽ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന പ്രശ്നം അല്ല wet sumping. ഓരോ വണ്ടിയുടെയും ഓരോ തരം dip stick ആയിരിക്കും. Timing cover വരെ അഴിച്ചു oil പുറത്തു കളഞ്ഞിട്ടു 2.25 litre oil ഒഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള അളവ് ആണ് നോക്കെണ്ടത്.. അതാണ് maximum level.

Wet sumping.!!! I have never heard any Indian using this term. U r an expert in bullets and u know what ur doing. Please make a video on wet sumping, the causes, remedies etc. Tht d be of great help to many bullet owners and their so called expert mechanics. At least they can show ur video as a reference to their mechanics when ever they encounter this problem. Most so called bullet gurus wrongly judge a wet sumping bullet as something wrong with compression, or a seized piston😆😆. Most r unaware of this issue with bullets or what causes a wetsump. I suggest u to go through Pete snidals manual or videos by Paul Henshaw so that u can make a comprehensive video in malayalam and that will b beneficial to many around us. My cast iron bullet was suffering from this issue and I had such a hard time convincing my mechanics about what is wrong..

യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ബുള്ളറ്റിൽ oil sumb petrol ഒഴിച്ച്, ഏതെങ്കിലും cable ഇട്ടു ഒന്നു scrub ചെയ്തു clean ചെയ്യാവുന്നതെ ഉളളൂ.. അതിനു ശേഷം ഒന്നുകൂടി ആ പഴയ oil ഒഴിച്ച് drain plug വഴി തിരിച്ചെടുക്കുക... അതുപോലെ oil മാറുമ്പോൾ timing case ലെ oil കൂടി ചോർത്തുക(quill bolt അഴിച്ചാൽ മതി ആ oil പുറത്തു വരാൻ)
Noel Tomichen 5000k if you are using Fully Synthetic oil. Otherwise 3200km. Spark plugs once in 10k is better, if you are using Iridium spark plug it can last for 60k. Air filter can be replaced once in 10k or early according to the dust conditions you ride.

2005-2010 വണ്ടികളിൽ വരുന്ന മുന്പിലെ drain പ്ലഗ്കൾ return pump (scavenging pump), crankshaft pump, എന്നിവയോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ചാണ് ഉള്ളത്. Oil sump ൽ oil ഒഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ അത് crankshaft പമ്പിലേക്ക് എത്തി നിൽക്കുന്ന ആ വഴിയിൽ ആണ് ഒരു plug. മുന്നിലത്തെ plug എന്നത് suction pump ലേക്ക് oil ഫീഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നിടതാണ്. അത് അഴിച്ചാൽ head ലേക്ക് പോകുന്ന oil ആണ് വെളിയിൽ വരുന്നത്. ഞാൻ വിഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ തെറ്റുണ്ട്.( Crank sumpil നിന്നും oil drain ചെയ്യാൻ 2005-2010 വണ്ടികളിൽ പറ്റില്ല.) താങ്കൾക്കു കിട്ടിയ 1.5 litre oil sump ലെ ആണ്. അത് crank sump ലെ അല്ല. Crank sump ൽ 30 ml ലിൽ കൂടുതൽ oil വന്നാൽ wet sumping ആകും. 2005-2010 വണ്ടികളിൽ(3drain plug ഉള്ളവയിൽ) അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ വരുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്നു നോക്കാൻ സംവിധാനം ഇല്ല 🙏🙏

Wet sumping.!!! I have never heard any Indian using this term. U r an expert in bullets and u know what ur doing.
Please make a video on wet sumping, the causes, remedies etc.
Tht d be of great help to many bullet owners and their so called expert mechanics. At least they can show ur video as a reference to their mechanics when ever they encounter this problem.
Most so called bullet gurus wrongly judge a wet sumping bullet as something wrong with compression, or a seized piston😆😆. Most r unaware of this issue with bullets or what causes a wetsump.
I suggest u to go through Pete snidals manual or videos by Paul Henshaw so that u can make a comprehensive video in malayalam and that will b beneficial to many around us.
My cast iron bullet was suffering from this issue and I had such a hard time convincing my mechanics about what is wrong..

Noel Tomichen 5000k if you are using Fully Synthetic oil. Otherwise 3200km. Spark plugs once in 10k is better, if you are using Iridium spark plug it can last for 60k. Air filter can be replaced once in 10k or early according to the dust conditions you ride.

താങ്കൾക്കു കിട്ടിയ 1.5 litre oil sump ലെ ആണ്. അത് crank sump ലെ അല്ല. Crank sump ൽ 30 ml ലിൽ കൂടുതൽ oil വന്നാൽ wet sumping ആകും. 2005-2010 വണ്ടികളിൽ(3drain plug ഉള്ളവയിൽ) അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ വരുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്നു നോക്കാൻ സംവിധാനം ഇല്ല 🙏🙏

@@ABHIRAJRJ അതിൽ risk ഉണ്ട്. Nut കൾ തിരിഞ്ഞു പോകും. തന്നെയുമല്ല ആ thread പെട്ടെന്ന് പോകും. ഏറ്റവും back വശത്തുള്ള യഥാർത്ഥ drain plug മാത്രം അഴിച്ചാൽ മതി.
