My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica :)

- Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's TH-cam & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
- How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

Tbf, the internet up here is horrific - but that might just be because I live in a hamlet in the middle of no where haha. When watching your vlogs you've got to allow the extra time for buffering, but it's worth it. Makes it a nightmare to upload videos mind...

When I learned only the CBT and test day was dry. My 5 lessons was either wet or ridiculously wet.

Hey Ben, I've been following your blogs for quite a long time and I could figure out that you like to be perfectly groomed at all times. You're going to have such a big problem with helmets hahaha. The same thing happens to me as it crushes my curls leaving me with such a "funny" look!! It's quite a pity but you'll have to cope with it.
