Origin of Rashtra as defined by Savarkar is - according to Owaisi - making Rashtra of one "religion"! This is such a WRONG interpretation about "Hindu Rashtra" understood by Owaisi!! His "Islamic laws" are protected by article 26 and they are interpreted by "Indian scholars" based upon "Fatwa-E-Alamgiri". Fatwa-E-Alamgiri is based upon what is written in Quran and Hadis. All of these books and their thought process are NOT originated in Bharat. Savarkar's idea about "Hindu Rashtra" is based upon Indian originated books and thought process. Brilliant confession by Owaisi to J Sai Deepak questioning.
