I got to open the cam ,im out the country sit up the v380 sharing same account at first i am able to view it but now its off line but the cellphone in the philippines is working fine.. how cam .what to do help anyway!

Can someone please guide, i purchased a cam that is not responding when i connect it to cord neither after pressing the reset button for long , do i need to exchange that ? is there a problem with the Camera itself ? I have changed the holder also, other bulbs are working fine with the same holders.

Yes, might be camera fault, contact your seller they will advice to check / replace to new one
