    If I knew about the brick next to Miss Kim's house I would have came along, fixed it up, and squatted that in no time..
    Jk.
    I am very very happy for her!

    i turn 18 next month and i can’t wait to invest in this city. i want to renovate abandoned homes that aren’t too far gone and create affordable housing and give jobs to this area. way to fight for what is right!

    Great! Celebrate Detroit! fix up Hart Plaza and I'm talking about the whole area of Hart Plaza, the booths, the stairs, etc. I miss all the festivals they used to have there ... they should bring that back.for next summer .... and do like an annual city carnival for family and kids of all races to come together , I love dETR0iT! 🙌 💯 ❣

    So now you'll just see 4 ft high uncut grass in Weeds dangling in these empty lots

    They should assemble a group of volunteers to finish off these masoleus at once. These houses only serve to create a negative atmosphere in the neighborhoods.

    There goes the neighborhood.

      Right… they don’t look at it from that point of view….
      I’ve visited enough east side neighborhoods with a little attending houses and a bunch of overgrown vacant fields👎🏾
      …Does nothing but attract rodents and unwanted pests.

    • @Squay313
      @Squay313 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AuroraBoarder1 they get foreclosed and sold at auction for the price of the back taxes. which is usually at most $15k

      yup. 2 down 200,000 more to go lol. plus demolition is not cheap. it's not just about tearing down. Gathering all that crap and hauling it away and paying for dumping is expensive.

    Can we be honest she just wanted the house and two lots to be one big property that looks like it's hers.
