Thanks for the video. Maybe a part 2 could be recommended neighborhoods around Ballantyne that are well under a million? Like $450/500k and up? However maybe there aren’t very many of those houses left in and around Ballantyne anymore.. we’ve been looking for a while and have seen prices soar like everywhere else! I’m still holding out hope we can find something.. 🙏🏻

You are correct… There are not many neighborhoods in the Ballantyne and Union County areas in the lower price point anymore. “The Enclave” in Waxhaw featured in the video is one of just a few. Rentals are spread out all over the Charlotte market and many price ranges.
