Focus on your calves, it will make your physique look more complete. Your upper body is great and quads seem pretty good too hut calves look small and it's pretty noticable. Great physique btw

Gear will get you bigger shoulders almost by default. The shoulders and traps are the highest androgen receptor areas. They tend to blow up the most when on a cycle.
For my fellow nattys out there here’s how I have grown my shoulders to be the best part of my physique: Simply do 2-3 exercises for shoulders. Each exercise should have 2 “sets”. Each set will be comprised of 15 or 12, 10, 8, then failure of reps. Try and increase the weight with each rep decrease. So you should do the process twice per exercise. 15 second test in between rep count changes and anywhere from 2-5 minutes between the sets for recovery. So essentially 4 changes of rep count/weights per set, 2 sets, and limited rest inbetween chnages. But lots of rest in between sets Edit: seen some likes on this so also wanted to add do this 1-2 times a week. 2 times will se emote growth but if you’re not careful you will sprain your rotator cuff like me!
