Correction: the 4850 supports a maximum paper size of 8.5x14” (legal), not letter. I just checked the manual. Also, another important difference between the models is that the 15000 has a recommended monthly page volume of 1600 pages, compared to only 800 on the 4850. I’d be curious to see in a review if the 15000 can do automatic two-sided printing on legal-size paper; some sources online say it can, others, not.
he was maybe too busy claiming et-15000 is "ALLOT" faster because in 60 seconds it prints 1 (ONE) page more! To notice such minor things as Double the monthly page count, and 8.5 x 14 . LOOOL regarding auto 2 sides , scanner wise only some brother models do single pass double side and most do double side print. I've yet to only see double sided print on Epson. it's usually easy to tell on Epson as the double-sided ET models have compression springs removable back plate. Also the model number is a clue et-xx50 and higher are double sided print, ET-xx00 and up are single sided until you reach xx50. ie 2800, 2810, 2820, 2830 all single sided 2850 double sided these are general Eco Tank guidelines. . Do these models scan from the feeder and print double-sided? How fast do they scan?. Do they scan double sided? Aside from in no savings the Epson tech lags behind HP convenience features IMHO. Am I missing anything. I'm ok w my newer Epson 4000 because I'm so done w HP and their arrogant attitude towards planned obsolescence, cartridge refill , etc.
Yes these models do scan from the feeder on top of the printer and they both do automatic double sided printing. Scan speed is pretty standard on most printers.

Hello, I followed your print head cleaning solution for the Epson XP-420 printer, but there is an error now saying 0x60 and to turn it off. What do I do? I’d rather not buy a new printer as I spent a lot of money now
Hi. Thank for you spectacular review. I’m thinking get the 8500 but wenn I see de 4850 I don’t know wich better. Can we make a Copie with the 8500 without put the paper in de scann?! Are you limited too make page per page in the scann if we want a Kopie?! Could you PLEASE let me knows if it possible make copie in the raw back?! Many thanks
I have the Canon Pixma G3202, I have watched many of your video's, I even bought the cleaner and followed step by step and my red does not print well on the "Test Prints" It shows lot's of white and just streaks of red.. I have wasted most of the ink doing Long purges, I removed the print heads, soaked them in the solution, injected the solution. I had to replace the ink absorbers in the back twice and still my red does not print correctly.. When printing in black or greyscale prints perfectly and no issues.. I use my printer a couple times during the week, but I mostly use it when paying bills online to print proof of payment receipts.. If there is a video I missed or something else, please let me know, I would pull my hair out, but I shave my head.. LOL.. Please Help...
What the heck, comparing Apples with Bananas, I am on the market for a wide format, when I saw compare I assumed it was comparing 2 printers with same format, this is insane, what is the value of this video ? I do not understand the purpose, time lost for me on a busy day, not mad just befuddled

It can run 8.5x14" (Legal), but it can't duplex print on those legal docs.

Try unplugging the printer and leaving it off for 24 hrs.
I am searching for a printer with duplex scan and print - with a Tank ! And i cant find one...
Both of these printers have duplex scan and print.

I think I will get et 15000 because i can make legal size copy from the cover glass, i hope i am right.

need 13x19 borderless, MUST be borderless! can you confirm if the et-15000 can do it? not 11x17 borderless, but 13x19 borderless.
