  • 배추 무 1,800그램
    꽃소금 18그램
    진간장 3큰술
    굴소스 1큰술
    까나리액젓 1큰술
    편마늘 1큰술
    생강청 1큰술
    고추청 3큰술
    고추건더기 2큰술
    *고추청과 생강청이 없을 때
    채 썬 생강 한큰술
    고추 3개
    설탕이나 올리고당 4스푼
    1,800 grams of cabbage radish.
    18 grams of salt.
    3 tablespoons of thick soy sauce.
    1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
    1 tablespoon of sand lance extract.
    1 tablespoon of sliced garlic.
    1 tablespoon of ginger syrup.
    3 spoons of red pepper paste.
    2 tablespoons of chili peppers.
    When there's no red pepper paste and ginger syrup,
    One tablespoon of shredded ginger.
    Three peppers.
    4 spoons of sugar or oligosaccharide.
