    Instead of puttting mental energy into that thought and try to avoid or work throught it just let it pass like a storm and sit throught it and don't engage with it, Do i have it right? :) Thank you for you're wise words Maika! 🌻🌞

      Yes, exactly 💯👌🏻 It does help to work through a thought in the sense of changing the stories we tell about ourselves and our life. But that won’t guarantee that old unhelpful thoughts won’t come back sometimes - it won’t work to try not to have them any more *at all*. At that point it’s about noticing them, not identifying with them and letting them pass 🍃

Concerning your question - I think this attitude is a mix of different skills and core beliefs - like how a person deals with failure, how much they're able to also rest and restore energy, how much they are willing to go through unavoidable discomfort on the way to their goal, what their self-esteem is like (if they believe they can make it happen and trust in themselves), how much a person is able to accept help and constructive feedback from other people...
