i was inspired by this and recently set up a simulated embossed logo for my archery case using a similar method, but with laser printed paper, spray glue and wood glue. came out incredibly well!

I dont know of yours can but my vinyl cutter can do thicker things like craft foam. I have seen craft foam with an adhesive backing that you may be able to use to get the thickness you want. Would solve having to line so many layers up and wouldnt soak up the epoxy in the same way and get jagged on the ends. Not speaking from experience but may be worth a try.

I'm so glad you did the 2x4 vid. It's how I found you and I spent a few days watching your entire back catalog. You are an AMAZING craftsman and a great camera personality to boot... stack that on top of excellent vidiography and editing skills and DAMN you habe a great channel.

I also found him by the 2x4 challenge and have also gone though a bunch of backlog videos. I am honestly surprised that Wesley isn't more popular given the quality (and that he has kept with making these videos with only a few hundred subscribers for so long...) Hopefully things start taking off for him TH-cam wise.

I almost forgot about this style of 3D printing. In high school, I took an engineering class. One project we had take a piece of Lego, modeled it in software, used a slicing software and plot cutter, and built the layers up in much the same way.
