I thought I had seen every good TH-cam tutorial on enclosure building… as someone with a full machine shop in my basement, who builds guitars for a living, And with a fully functional electronica lab full of vintage test gear that I restored myself… I can’t tell you how valuable this video is! I’m seriously impressed!

A friend gave me a control panel he found in an old factory. We have no idea what it was for. However it is cool as hell and has switches and knobs all over it. I think Im going to build a box to attach it to and just hang it on my garage wall. I love that kinda stuff.
Excuse my swearing … that’s freaking awesome! I built a device with a laser diode to simulate De Broglie’s hypothesis on the wave/particle duality of light. I purposely housed it in a wooden casing, stained to look like a nineteenth century laboratory device complete with brass screws.
Even if it had no function at all, that would still be cool! Very well done. Who doesn't love a big hunk of polyoxybenzylmethyleneglycolanhydride. No wonder they went with Bakelite, it rolls off the tongue much better!
What I truly like about your videos is that I can take something from each of them. I would never take on a project of this level with the electrical, but I can still use parts of the info... for something. Very inspiring. I would never do a project like your neon coffee sign, but I would however make a sign, that looks like it once had neon... Had to start sharing these on FB. All the best.

We used to create the brushed aluminum look using a green scotch-brite scouring pad and some spray metal polish.
