An underrated movie. Honestly one of the best movies that came out during my childhood.
I was 13 when this came out , 31 now. Watched it today and brings back memories of those days. Missed them.
dammit! after watching the video I know some jerkoff was gonna say it's underrated. and of course, the first damn comment I see..... I really hate that word underrated... it's so stupid. hows the rating measured? and who's rating, and how do you know its under or over what is expected? think! why would an old movie or old music have huge views or likes on a platform that came much later? very few people today even know about this movie, so why would the people using the platform "rate" it at all? it was "highly rated" in its own time in a different way than today in terms of people buying the damn movie and watching it at home or going to the theater.. or simply talking about it.... those types of ratings would not be accounted for on this platforms. so old stuff is not "underrated"... the "ratings" happened in a different way... like people going to rock concerts, selling out stadiums, rewatching a VHS or dvd.... stop fucking saying underrated... these great movies had their success in their own time, in their own way... stop measuring everything you see in terms of fucking youtube views, its retarded.
im 16, legit watched it 4 days ago, till today i have watched it like 5,6 times. their chemistry is is perfect, and the plot is pretty nice
@@n1ckhamI watched it 3 days in a row
1000%
love this movie, everything about it its perfect, a teen boy's dream...
This movie is great! Still watching back some parts 😆
@@truthbrotha1244 ah young Rebecca De Mornay is next-level good looking...
2:11 HER SMILE OMFG 😩😩😩🤍🤍
Elisha Cuthbert as Danielle was my character' crush... When I first saw her in the girl next door movie watched it at night in my university' dome back in around year 2004, I was unable to sleep that night thinking how spectacular and beautiful she was... She was an epitome of beauty with her appearance & attitude towards Matthew (Emile Hirsch)...
LOL i like how the adults understood what he said and clapped for him while the teens have no idea what he said
I just watched this movie and I haven't been this impressed by a movie in a long time. I've been looking for the DVD but still can't find it. I loved this movie!
hey bro just search it up on youtube, its free
Amazon
use popcorn time
I too love this movie but no way in HELL is this speech worthy of a standing ovation.
Yeah I thought that was a bit much. Still a great speech though.
They're not standing because of the speech, they're giving an ovation because no one gonna argue that Elisha Cuthbert in her prime ain't worth the squeeze
One of the best movies ever!!! I STILL LOVE THIS MOVIE
1:48 that smile damn near killed me.
That little tweak holy s
Me too😁
Why? Was it that horrific? Let me double check. Yikes, I just developed 2 more blood clots. What a hideous creature.
@@UnderWorldOfDarkness swing and a miss.
@@thebatmanwhoposts9600 yeah, I hear ya. She tried to hit the ball out of the park with that smile, and she completely struck out. Maybe she'll get it right the next time she steps up to the plate. Maybe not
Lol I forgot he was on ecstasy 😂
Libeling people and reediting movies is inappropriate.
Same.
i had such a crush on Elisha Cuthbert after I saw this movie. Damn!!
First time I’ve seen her was in 24 as Kim Bauer she was brilliant in that too.
They really can't even make movies like this any more
yeah its all AI, CGI, explosions.. dumb shit
It set the bar too high
This movie is perfect
One of the best scenes in any romantic comedy.
Her smile just blew me away ❤
The fact he’s on ecstasy and rips up his cards is hilarious cause he knew he was about to say something straight from the heart, which was better than any of the words he had on the cards
To this day I use 'Is the Juice worth the squeeze?'
Same
This should be shown as a mandatory class assignment
Damn Bro. That look she gives. Damn…
i love this scene so much actually
Elisha Cuthbert is a high quality babe. A 10/10. Doesn't anyone else think she looks like Emma Raducanu?
The british tennis player right?
I have a hard time watching high school coming of age movies since I’m in my 30s but shockingly this still holds up.
that smile bro.. god damn it i had such a big crush on her when i was young :D i think this is the only blonde woman i was in love with haha
The victory of ryan doesn't matter in front of what matthew deserved to learn. What is a man in front of the real life? He is right with his speech and all the adults there knew it.
1:43 thHejUice is wOrth tHasQueEze😱😱👏…👏👏👏
👏. 👏.
the juice was definately worth the squeeze. we'll never forget the girl next door
The Girl Next Door is a good movie. American Pie meets Risky Business.
This movie is hands down better than the other two. American Pie had its laughs and when I saw Risky Business it didn't impress me at all.
I love this movie
The Girl Next Door and Sex Drive are 2 of my favorite "coming of age" comedy/dramas.
Make no doubt about it, Elisha Cuthbert is absolutely DROP. DEAD. GORGEOUS. Perfect facial features and a simply flawless complexion only add to her beauty. And her smiles are simply the best. And the last one is amazing. Whew!
Does anyone know which version of “Bad” by U2- Live plays when he speaks about moral fiber? Loved this movie, “you need to know the juice is worth the squeeze” such a great quote w/ a wonderful double meaning.
0:13 is it possible he was in Scrubs?
Love this movie every boy dream has having a this type girlfriend💏
I’m mean my girlfriend was a former stripper and kinda had a similar situation to her in this movie and she turned her life around so it’s not completely crazy.
This was my jam when I was in middle school. I applied this belief system to the woman I almost married. I did everything I could for her. Sacrificed a career in baseball. When I broke up with her for cheating I told her the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.
Moral fiber doesn't equal popular vote. Find that person the completes you.
he just define the meaning of a true simp
A hilarious movie for it's time. And you you're such a minx.. 😆
Amazing movie!
“The juice was worth the squeeze”
Excellent film.
2023❤️one off the best movies.(min 1.35.10min)
Elisha The Best for ever ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Yes, nothing matters if you find Elisha Cuthbert nothing matters and what they say
Great movie love it
This is a speech I'm going to dedicate to either Aria Lee or Cecilia Lion if they ever become my neighbor
BRO 💀💀💀
That was epic
I love this movie and I love elisha Cuthbert
great movie!
No, actually, that is not what moral fiber is about.
I was thinking the same.
What he says is more like disregarding moral fiber for one person's sake.
To be honest, it also sounds like: no one can do it all, so just reach for what you can realistically.
actually, there's no fucking right and wrong answer. the fucking point of the essay was to describe what moral fiber means to YOU. so obviously everyone would have a different take.
Moral relativism is the refuge of the undisciplined and weak. Moral fiber should not open to personal interpretation, because this allows for the indulgence of our lower appetites.
is he the guy from the movie into the wild?
Yes
2:11 🤩😍🥰😍
Don't fuck this up, her dad is Jack Bauer
I don’t know about that. I’ve seen the show and he doesn’t that much of a badass to me.
congrats ryan
0:14 😂😂😂😂
Not saying there weren't elements of this movie that were good but dude come on. She was a porn star! Doesn't exactly scream romanticism.
Can some one help where to watch the full movie of the girl next door, I have search Netflix and Prime Videos I couldn't get it
The speech doesn't make any sense. It's not about moral fiber.
Sherminatooorrrrrr
Kim Bauer! :)
amen
That's not even what moral fiber means! LOL.
It is more realistic though. No one behaves like a boy scout all the time, so instead focusing on one thing to be passionate about usually brings the most results.
Take what Malcom in the Middle did for family sit coms for example. There's no moral lesson every week, life is unfair, but the family has each other's backs was the biggest takeaway.
Just choose one or a few things to be true and passionate about, instead of everything.
They reedited the movie to completely change it.
Classic
Thats call teenage infatuation not moral fibre
Where do I squeeze the juice?
мне бы его приход поймать..
What a babe !!! Eleshia cutebeth
So moral fiber is being a simp? Christ...
so caring for one person is being a simp. What would you rather be , a playboy ?
Simping patient 0. 304s ruin lives. Stop it.
bingo
In that moment of the movie Alisha looked terrible.
She looks exactly like a prime Katrina Kaif
Simp movie at his finest

goofy
decent movie,...but yeah....
NO ONE is going to give a standing ovation for that weak speech.
Great in movies, but irl this kind of beta pedestal-placing of females is repellent and disgusts them.
Wow, boring! It is so same and they show the same happy ending, instead of mature of meaning growing up and fighting for someone you truly care.
And he's right, even we lose. We rise up again
Somebody left You? Because boring is not the thing You say about this scene
@@Sakis111 I have Hollywood ending when a guy gets that girl. I love seeing good ending
@@siobhanconneely4199 have you seen it? he gets that blonde in the end and an ivy league school education lol he gets the girl wtf are you even trying to say?
@@charlestonw801st but she wanted him first, she made moved the next door to him because she used to be in the adult entertainment industry and wanted to leave that world behind her. She said she liked him because of the way he looked at her. She was just a raw piece of meat to everyone else because of her industry background but he saw through that and wanted to know the person she was behind the stage name and she feel for him because of that
That was the weakest most watered down speech I have ever seen. I'm sorry, was that supposed to be moving.
What a dumb speech
Why you clicked?
@@user-Michael_JAcKsOn. to see the video
why does he have herpes on his nose. and also those old people would never clap for that in real life
With Modern Women - The Juice is NEVER worth the squeeze.
Danielle actually wants to leave though, and even if they didn't get together, I think it's still satisfying he helps her realize she wants something else out of life. Like, his speech reflects that.
