I advise you to never own a condo in Miami Dowtown/Brickell area. All of those condos lose value every year.. ALL of them. Private Lender don't even bother to look at deals in that area. However, You're right 100%. For Half of $17 millions you can buy a Waterfront Mega Mansion looking at Brickell, the Bay and Miami beach all at the same time.
