All too often, it's not a matter of if cars will crash at the Lights Out Drag Radial events. It's a matter of when. We've captured a sampling of moments of mayhem from our cameraman Jake Simmons during the Lights Out 8 event at South Georgia Motorsports Park outside of Valdosta Ga.

Do you mean 1/8th mile instead of 0.8 mile?
1/8 mile = 660 feet
1/4 mile = 1320 feet
0.8 mile = 4224 feet
