    I was literally crying in this due to my own change. It took me….MUCH longer than these legends but in six years I’ve lost 234 pounds. It was an excruciating journey and since I had no money for surgeries, I had to practically sweat blood to do it. But it’s worth it for the long run. It warms my heart to see others going the same path.

      Just imagine how amazing it must feel. Not carrying around even 200 extra pounds 24/7 and just having more energy because of a proper diet and your brain pumping dopamine/serotonin/endorphins because you aren't just eating sugar and doing exercise!
      I went from 240 to 180 and my quality of life just improved in so many ways.

    My mom used to watch this show as motivation after her gastric bypass. She lost the equivalent of me as an adult in weight and I was so proud of her. Every time I saw her she was a whole new person and that was amazing. She's still a smaller lady now and I support her mental and physical health all the way.

      Thank you for the motivation tho I must admit in my case I never gained this much weight as shown in these shows. I was still able to walk and live a regular life but I decided that I had to cut the fat. The heaviest I got was 233lbs (106kg) which for a 5'6 guy was a lot but I've since managed to lose 50 lbs (23kg) so far and looking to lose around 25 more

    Doesn't matter which order you put them in, all deserve huge props for what they accomplished. It really does make you feel good seeing how they went from complete rock bottom and being miserable to seeing them smile and doing for themselves while being healthy as well.

    My long time barber/hair stylist and someone I consider a friend, Lonnie (won't say his last name for his privacy), was on the show and he should most definitely be included in this video. I'm extremely proud of his transformation and it's to the point where he's practically unrecognizable. Im very glad to see these transformations though and happy for all of them!

    A lot of the time Sunnys videos can be a tad depressing because of the bad stuff that happens to people. This video, however, put a huge smile on my face, I love to see people make such big changes and witness the impact it has. Casey King has a very fitting surname, what a beast! Great video as always.

    I decided to randomly put this on before I start my workout and I now feel super motivated! Like, if someone 600+ lbs can find the discipline and drive to lose 75% of their weight when it may seem impossible while in that position, what excuse do the rest of us have? Massive respect to all these individuals and best of luck on their continuing journey to lose/keep weight off.

    This video really gives me hope. I'm 18 at around 200 wearing XL. I'm nowhere near as deep in the hole as these guests on the show but that determination they have is really inspiring.

      I was 200 at the beginning of this year. I started working out and dieting and ended up losing 40 pounds over of the course of a couple months. Start while you’re young.

      Alright buddy . I know you can lose weight. I believe in you. Just start by doing 30 minutes of exercise everyday and as you get more active try weight lifting . Start to track your calories . Try to cut down your calorie intake to 1700-1900. Be consistent and believe

    Thank you Sunny for doing these feel good videos, the Joe Rogen one was so funny I’ve never heard most of those clips and this is truly inspiring. As someone who’s had to lose over 100lbs to better my health I can only applaud the strength and determination everyone on My 600 lbs life shows because truly we all have those moments where we are at our lowest and we need something or someone to help us out.     I love how they look so comfortable moving around again, it must be so exhausting it is to carry that much weight. My aunt was severely overweight and unable to move at all before she died, she was always saying that she missed walking outside but her knees couldn’t handle it anymore, like a power lifted who constantly lifts and slips into over training and injury

    I started in eanest with exercise about 3 years ago. Never looked back and never been healthier and more balanced.
    What these guys are doing is so fking inspiring cause it's SO much harder exponentially, the heavier you are to start with. It's a daunting prospect to even contemplate, these guys have my ultimate respect.

      Yes it is easy to lose weight, stop protecting these people. I went from 230 to 180 in 3 months just from working in the hot and humid Polynesian sun 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Grow up. That being said, good for him. But stop pretending.

    It’s so very nice to see people change their ways for the betterment of life not just weight loss or being rich, it’s that mindset of that person that at least attempts to make a difference especially if it’s making progress, I truly admire those type of people, especially if they are going thru mental or physical issues, it kinda makes a sense of anyone can do it, no matter if ur big or small, smart or dumb, anyone can achieve that one thing that we are all looking for
