Even without my hearing aids on, I'm hearing some great reverb settings there, Brett! I actually started learning how to use a genuine Lexicon in a recording engineers' course back in early 1980s (Sydney SAE with Tom Misner). But that's when I found out my hearing was affected and I had to drop out. But the legacy of that time was I have always wanted my guitar to have a good tight plate reverb on it.
Given what I use reverb for this is totally OTT for me. But for a player who likes to use reverb as a variable effect and wants top quality sounds it's probably ideal.
Nice demonstration, I have the CXM too. There seem to be 2 minor issues with this pedal: 1) some find it a bit noisy in standard/lofi mode. 2)when sliding the mixer fader up/down during playing, you frequently hear some slicht crackling sound. Do you recognize this?
I have it, I love it. The only gripe being the lack of tails when you change presets
That sounds beautiful Burgs! 🥰👍😎
I after much debate got one a couple weeks ago & I’m really happy I did. It’s so good.

Geez i wish i had a lazy grand and the rest to afford this gear, only to have a drunk spill beer over it at a gig!
They make covers.

You having a crack at the preamp too Brett?
I'd love to, Grant, but I don't have one.
Ah, the Tomatone
That's the drive
have you gotten your hands on Source Audio Ventris yet?
No, I haven't covered Source Audio stuff for years. I don't think they're interested in me anymore.
@@BrettKingman ah that's too bad! Trying to decide on reverbs right now and all your videos always help me decide which pedal to get!
Cheers!
@user-zv7lm8uk7h the profile of a multifx unit buyer is completely different than someone who would be interested in the 1978.
