One of the greatest teams ever, 6 Munsters in a row will never be see again, I'm a Cork fan but this Limerick team are exceptional and worthy of making history. fair play to them.

Well done to Limerick a once in a Lifetime team. I hope they win the 5 in a row now they have skill and finesse and it has F all to do with money. I'm a Clare man but credit where Credit is due.

I feel they are the best I have seen- going back to the 60s- even if they don't do the 5.

Clare could still be in the final, they will play better and are a better team , than they were today

@@Castlelong333 They're not the better team. But they're capable of beating Limerick on a good day. Maybe that day might be an All Ireland final. Who knows.

Limerick were only in second gear yesterday.
Wexford, Waterford or Tipp would have beating Clare yesterday.
Clare better sort out that halfback line and fast or Dublin will run them over.
Mcinerney needs to get back into centre back like yesterday. Tony Kelly needs to go wing back instead of Diarmuid Ryan and Conlon deserves a chance at wing back otherwise Conlon needs to move back up to corner forward. That halfback line wouldn't stop a minor half forward line.
They need a free taker that is consistant in big games and need a goalie that can be trusted.

It's not that Clare can play better, they weren't allowed to. The Clare halfback line is as porus as could ever be imagined. Duggan needs to go to midfield as he will get more space to operate there and bring some bit of compettiveness to the midfield sector.

Exceptional team to state the obvious.
We couldn't tell from watching TV but the wind probably flattered Clare into looking like they were going to push Limerick, but as soon as the second half started it quickly became clear how much of a factor that wind was, how Clare did nothing much with it in the first half, and how better a team Limerick were on the day when they certainly put that wind advantage to good use, taking scores from all over the park.
It looked like Limerick had another gear in them even if Clare found the net again, and would have quickly reeled off a few scores to gap Clare again. Who knows, who cares, Limerick were the better team and worth their historical title.

Well at that stage Clare were pushing up the field and leaving gaps in front of the goalie which Limerick could have elploited all day. You cannot miss half your frees. You cannot be giving away stupid frees for pulling off the ball,You cannot allow Hegarty roam around the field unmarked, You cannot allow Hannon up the field and not a finger layered upon him. Fair play to Good Will Hunting for stopping Tony Kelly's run which wasn't a free either.
Wil O Dunahoe showed the Clare midfield what a midfield is supposed to do.

Probably the greatest hurdling team ever. The clare culchies are very quite today. They are all Ireland champions for winging and jealousy.
