  • Someone has asked me to create a video comparing the Burstfire Primer Pocket Reamer, against other popular, and highly recommended products out there.
FYI: This is comparing reamers, not swagers.
A reamer is still the most cost effective crimp removing solution, versus spending 2-5x more in cost for a swaging solution.

Hey Greg, yes this will work with 17 hornet and other small rifle. And no, you will not melt the wheel if you tried. And no, that was not a challenge 😉.
Our machine is included with a set of standard and magnum aluminum wheels made of aircraft grade 6061 aluminum.
Standard wheel will work with 223 and up to 308. Magnum will fit 308 and up to 338 Lapua. 17 hornet type cases we have a “small” wheel for it.

i said it before in one of the videos you posted , if i would have seen yours i would have got it over the anellezz machine . save bench space with yours . right now i got my aneller and a rcsb case prep center . both work great but take up room . question for you , do you plan on making a brass chip catcher for the machine ? i got a chip try for my rcbs from loader tools for mine . bet you can make some money by making one that fits your machine and selling it as a option . same with the wheels make some to fit the competitions machine . only thing i don't like is the plastic wheels . i ordered the tooless adjustable torch holder and added it to the machine i got . great upgrade ! anyone ordering this machine needs to order that upgrade when they get a machine !! when mine dies i'm ordering yours as it's replacement !

The best brass catcher would actually be a baking sheet. Fits perfectly! 1/2 Size 13” x 18” or
      1/4 Size 9 1/2” x 13”should work.
Although I’ve never found a need when using it with the prep center pointing up. The 95% of the shavings gather nicely in a small circular pile on top. Once done just use a shop vac and vac everything up. Or you can grab a brush and dump it in the trash.
If laid down yes you will need a brass catcher.
As for getting one of ours. Even as used equipment, you are likely to sell both for more than what a new Burstfire will cost you. 😉.
We can certainly make aluminum wheels for other annealer and solve a big problem for many people. Easy task for us, but, just feel it would be a bit unethical to sell a competitors parts on our website.

Hi Jeff, are you referring to the 2 in 1 Annealer/Prep Center, or the case prep tools?
Case prep tools are in stock. Annealer we are mid production transitioning from Gen 1 to Gen 2. Full stock availability ETA is currently mid July. FYI. The one in the video is a Gen 1, with upgraded wheels and torch holder. All of which comes standard on the new gen 2s.
