Thanks, ya I'm happy. With a couple small changes from my previous design it's doing really well. Now I just need to keep it in the air and not crash it!! 😂
First off very nice flying skills, with that take off and landing who needs a stinking runway huh😁 Man that thing flies so smooth even inverted it looked like it was on rails, Most planes fly wonky as crap inverted, Very nice build, the V2 was definitely a success 👍
Thanks a lot! This Cub does pretty good. I've been really happy with it. It can flip and spin and even fly really slowly! I even did a speed test on it the other day it did pretty good. Inverted is pretty effortless. I want to practice more inverted slow flying with it. Also practice some knife edges.
@@FlyTimeRC How fast did it fly? Looking forward to seeing some more cool aerobatics. I’d play it safe and practice up high at first though, don’t won’t to take a chance of killing it right away like I have many times 😂 I need a flight simulator bad lol
I'll have a short speed video coming soon!! And I have a bad habit of flying low and flying hard 😂😂 but I do try to play it somewhat safe the first few flights. After that I have to much fun and break stuff lol
Absolutely. I'll edit this video with a parts description. But everything is about $135, battery is 3s 2200 about $14 each. And I have $5 in foam board. That's if you use the 6ch spectrum receiver.
As far as time to build I Based this design off my previous airplane so I had a little less time to think about what I was going to do but it took me about 6 hours to build.
@@BillKisel ya it's not bad at all. Everything is relatively cheap. At this point if I have a bad crash I can reuse parts and have a new plane an a handful of hours and about $3-5 in foam board. This is a lot of the reason Ive really enjoyed scratch building.
That is flying excellent. The intro cracks me up. Vrrrrooom boom! 😂
Lol ya. Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it!
That crash was a bad one. Close to 100 mph.
Lovley flying ,your really a good pilot
Thanks a lot! I'm always learning. I'm still a newbie!
Well done, especially with that wind! That's what I love, a plane that can do almost everything, looks like you have a winner!

@@FlyTimeRC I’ve noticed that 😂🤣 Hints my comment 😂 Keep it up 👍
You definitely have a winner. Would you please share approximate cost in time and money to build this fine flying Cub? Thanks.

@@FlyTimeRC That's outstanding. And once you've invested in some batteries and receivers it gets even cheaper.

Where are you to still have snow on the ground? In one of your last videos, you were in a tank top and there was no snow. LOL
This is a couple months old.
