@@Heisenberg8307 Oh chaand sun! i20 sales is decreasing because of two reasons which are temporary. 1. i20 diesel has been discontinued. 2. Facelift 2020 is about to come. Whn it arrives there won't be a single car to compete. No car has got that sporty looks in this segment in India.
Talking about about long term existence of Altroz, after two years you won't even see single sales figures in the market. In India, more than car, car brands works more. This justifies that Tata altroz is not meant to exist in the long run. 3 cylinder engine makes it really vibrating and everyone knows about Tata after sales service.

Just think about resell value. You won't even realise the half price after two years when there will be zero sales figures in the market and the parts availablity will be an issue. At that time l, you'll realise that you are really really fucked.

@@ultimexg1419 No bro! Fuel is gonna be there for atleast 15 years. Our Road minister who is always over ambitious about his plans always fails to realise them in time. As per the Bloomberg report only 5-6% of the vehicles will be EVs in India owing to poor infrastructure (charging, battery production and maintenance issues) and other administration issues.
Baaki resale value is directly depending on the original sales figures as you said which is directly devoted two brands in India namely Maruti and Hyundai responsible for 80% market share.

What's ur requirement.
U want family car with driving experience and what type of roads u drive on.
If sometime u go on bad roads then seltos cos city has very less clearance.
And if u drive on food roads then city gives best experience cos it sticks to the ground and just keeps going smooth👌
For seltos u need to make sure u have trust on kia cos its a new brand. Aftersales isn't at the acceptable level, u won't find much centres.

Yesterday I have taken test drive of altroz and baleno. I feel that diesel version of altroz is much better than altroz petrol. In petrol, baleno is much quitter. Altroz petrol feel quirky while driving. On the other hand baleno ride is smoother. Though build quality is significant difference between two. Thudding sound of altroz door is quite satisfying. I preferred baleno because of its refined engine and resale value. Also baleno delta cost less than altroz xt ,40k previously in my region.
