Hello and welcome! And yes there is wifi on the island. Not in your rooms/bungalows, but they do have wifi in the main area like reception, restaurant and around the pool.
Welcome and thank you for the kind words 😍😍 Treasure Island is a very small island, so it has only one resort ... it is called 'Nakelo Treasure Island Resort & Spa'. We stayed in a beach bungalow 😊. Though, it's such a small island that anywhere you stay here will be beautiful and close to everything, including the beach. And I bought the blue sandals at a boutique called Glassons. We have it at a local Westfield shopping centre. They are cute aren't they? 😊
Hi, Just wondering with this Treasure island resort, did you have to pay for the ferry to get there or is that provided by hotel? They mention on their website that the speedboat is provided. Thanks
Hello and welcome!!🎉🎊 We had to pay for a ferry separately. We organised the ferry to Treasure Island ourselves, and on the way back the resort booked it for us. And this was paid on top of the resort accommodation booking. We took the public ferry. It leaves from Port Denarau a few times a day, stops at Treasure island, and is about US$90pp each way... southseacruisesfiji.com/
i'm thinking of going here. did you ever consider going to plantation island too? How did you find the food? I'm hearing some reviews saying the food isn't so great...did you have any concerns?
Yes, we did consider the Plantation Island as I have heard good things about it. Though we went to Treasure Island as it's a much smaller and quieter island. Not many food choices here, but the Teppanyaki that we had here was one of the best I've had. So unique and so tasty. And you can't go wrong with the food at the Marriot. Lots of choices. And the breakfast buffet was excellent.
