Osman Shah Palpatine was the only thing he had left so of course he was loyal. The Jedi died, his Wife died, his children "died" and he got put in a mechanic prison. Palpatine was some kinda the only friend he had so he wanted him to life. It changed when he heard his son is alive but he still didn’t want to kill him at first. He even saved him when he got poisoned once in a comic.

He wouldnt die. Force users can fall from incredibly high places and be fine. Like anakin and ashoka did in that episode where they jumped and pushed rex of a cliff. Or when mace jumped down from jango and count dooku.

I never know why Sidious' "danger sense" didn't trigger when he was sitting on a bomb... Until now.
Because he was the one behind it, as mentioned near the end of the video. He wanted to motivate Vader to go after those conspiring against the empire, despite Vaders personal fixation and vendetta against the Jedi.
And probably after sometime later vader would asks the same question as you did and be like "that motherf---er"
Sidious knew while the majority of Vader's body was whole, he would become more powerful than both him and Yoda. No doubt he would want to know just how much of a threat he still was as half the man he used to be.

What exactly was Palpatines final goal? For Vader to get so strong that he can kill Palpatine? Is it Palpatines hobby getting new students like he tried with Luke?

Vader's one and only shot at taking Sidious by SURPRISE LIGHTSABER and instead wastes it saving Sidious' life.
Sidious being pissed at himself for being taken unaware by his student now realises that Vader can surprise him redouble, probably quintuples his attention on Vader anytime Vader comes near him.
Like an insta thought of "Bomb in chair!" Push Palpatine and Chair out window at same time. Bomb goes off, wounds Sidious, Vader jumps through window, and finishes the job before Sidious knows what hits him. Back to Sidious' chamber, kills all the guards, becomes ruler of the Galaxy.
But that never occurs to Vader. Instead he just proves he's a great lap dog fire and forget weapon. Point him at a target, even one that doesn't exist and woe to anything that stands in his way.
Could've just let it go off lol. Few moments after talking: "Does....does he know the bombs there?....is he really unaware....maybe I should've been more overt with this plan....does he need a hint? Should I just deactivate it? How long did I set it for anywa-" -Palp, probably, inner thoughts before detonation.

itsyaboi newt he don’t want to take over the galaxy. He wanted when he had Padmé and their unborn children but then everything changed when he got beaten by Obi Wan. Vader has no interests in politics and all that stuff. Palpatine had experience, that’s why he knew it would be the best to stay as his apprentice. It later changed again when he heard his son was alive but at this time he didn’t knew.

It's possible that vader knew that sidious was testing him and that if he didn't save him, he would be punished harshly or even killed.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, and assume that Vader could have just as easily gently, yet swiftly, lifted Palpatine from his throne before pushing it out the window. Methinks ol' Vader was having just a little too much fun with his master, and enjoyed shoving Palpatine out of the line of fire just a little bit too much.
I love that idea but tbf time was of the essence and if I was tryna save someone from an explosion I wouldn't really care if they got a little bruised up

Its interesting because in this scenario we can see how Vader attacking palpatine would look, it's strange how palpatine didn't sense Vader about to push him. If Vader wanted to he probably could have pushed him out the window before palps could react.
If it helps, according to legends the best way to assassinate a jedi is with spontaneity and not overplanning, as well as training oneself to cloud their own emotions in a way to confuse the jedi.

Most likely Vader anticipated that this could have been a test from Palpatine and wanted to err on the side of caution and play along as he even comments how it didn't make sense that he didn't sense the danger. Or Vader could have still needed Palpatine's knowledge and wisdom of the dark side and felt he was not yet ready for him to die and more he could learn from him. The Sith have a really complex thought process when plotting to kill their masters as there are more factors than personal vendettas coming into play.
