Dramatic video shows moment plane crashed near Colonie neighborhood

NewsChannel 13 has obtained video of the Colonie plane crash in the final moments before impact. The troubled airplane is only visible for a split second or two before it disappears behind some pine trees.

The elevator trim was in a full nose-up configuration, possibly due to not setting it correctly after the last landing, or missed on the checklist.

You lose power, you keep going straight as you descend. If you turn, you lose all of your speed and lift and drop out of the sky.

I wonder if the aircraft was flying cargo which shifted aft after takeoff. The nose was high as it descended before stalling and it sounded like full power being applied to both engines.
