I have invested in MOI in 2017, it is almost 7 years now, they have not been able to deliver the unit…. They give false delivery commitment, so my sincere advice is don’t even think of investing here…. Couple of times they have even changed the building structure without taking any approval from the people who have already invested, so we are not sure what they are going to come up with….all I know is Spr does not have the funds to finish the construction…. They are fraudulent and have diverted the funds for their personal gain….
