These Roads would become the most Deadliest City Traffic in India, when it comes to real. Government should think how to clear up the traffic problem in these Roads by now.🙏🙏🙏
There will be a metro in this stretch and local train connectivity is also good for this area. apart from this I think few flyovers are also coming in this area. I am sure the TN govt will build more flyovers if req. at that time.
Good project but there are several practical problems which they should clear in first phase. 1)This project situated in North Chennai and being a resident of North Chennai I know the difficulties of roads (heavy traffic and congested) which is connected with this project. They told 80 to 100 ft roads available but they were talking about roads inside SPR city not outside ones. 2) This area already dominated by one particular group of merchants and they are already mammoth in terms of money. If they occupy shops here means then it may create direct impact to local traders. 3) Here they mentioned about the budget of this project which estimated roughly around 7000 crores. They should atleast spend some fraction amount of money in outreach social projects like cleaning the coovam river near this project, improving the locality and giving priority to local people for jobs, a small health clinic for local people. If they do such things means then they can surely gain local people support for this project.

So many unemployed youth will get Good employment. By seeing the growth, international investors will invest in the phase ll project in spr city, chennai. Tamil Nadu govt should support this big project for state, s development and revenue. Govt should instruct wholesale traders to shift their shops to this spr city and decongest the streets in nsc bose road, rattan bazaar , sowcarpet , Broadway etc.,
