thank you! These were the best chewiest chocolate chip cookies i ever made! my grandkids loved them!
-1/2 cup butter(115g)
-1/4 cup white sugar(50g)
-1/2 cup brown sugar(100g)
Beat till creamy
-1 egg
-2tsp vanilla
Beat till combined
In separate Bowl combine:
-1½ cups(190g) All Purpose flour
-¾ tsp baking soda
-½ tsp salt
Wisk to combine
-Add half of dry ingredients
Mix till combined
-Add other half
Mix till combined
-Fold in chocolate chips (1 cup/160g)
Shape into balls and regrigerate for 30 mins. Then bake at 350° F (175°C)for 10-12 mins or until slightly golden around the edges

So I made these and I couldn't figure out if it was teaspoon or tablespoon so I ended up just doing some random measurements but it turned out 👍

I've made these yesterday and they were delicious! They were very easy to make and te recipe is enough for 16 LARGE cookies! Today when i woke up there were only 2 left and i live in a family of 5, so they rly liked them, i also used instead of 160 grams of choclate chips 70grams because my pack only had like 100 grams in it but other than that they were amazing, thanks for the recipe!

This recipe is so valid. I somehow manage to get the cookies right on first try. And I'm waiting for them to cool down.
Edit: I now ate them now.

Thank you for the recipe. I want to ask about baking soda. Unlike baking powder, they don't react unless there is acid, but I see nothing that is like acid in the recipe. What does the baking soda react with?

I made them after ading the dry ingredients the texture was not doghy so don,t be afraid you could just grease the baking tray and your hands then you could make balls of them
