Rare Lego Newsstand - set 5007867 from Lego store make and take event

This rare set was part of a make and take event at UK Lego Stores in January 2020, in conjunction with the launch of the Modular Bookstore.
I've wanted teh set for a long time and I've now managed to piece it together.

This is a very detailed set, my country didn't have a single official Lego store at the time.. so I requested someone to send me a picture of the instructions, bought the pieces I needed to build it and did so ^^ it's a pretty cool build for a Lego city

Yes, I really liked it and thought if I was going to have a News Stand, I'd get myself an official one... and then maybe modify it slightly.
I really like the look of it though, especially the sloped glass roof.

yes, and cool that Lego gave it to people for free, without them even having to buy anything.

I like it as is, i would maybe take one of the cans out and put it in the hands of a mini fig

Good idea, when I build the Lego city and put this in it, I'll do that.

I did think about making it bigger like I have done with some of my other MODs, but a Newsstand should be small, you wouldn't;t want it to be very big.
The sandwich shop that I made double size ( th-cam.com/video/kcZdbmGaMrI/w-d-xo.html ) was perfect to expand, but I think the Newsstand should stay at this size.
