A close range pull can be kinda nice though in certain situations to mess up the enemy’s crosshair placement and just generally confuse them

I hope Gundamn Evo's new season makes big changes. US casual queue is pretty grim and I can't even get a Ranked match for my beginner challenge.

Not a lot of huge change. One good tip of thr concern you have in this comment is to change server to japan at the intro screen, it will get ranked queue much better
Also what i found useful is, if a reinhardt is pushing forward throw the jagged blade right in the middle of his shield, when he drops his shield it will actually attach to him. Doesn't work when the rein is going backwards tho, for obvious reasons.
With rein i just get in real close and dance around him, swinging and meleeing. He’s too big, and Usually gets him nicely.
I personally use the commanding shout to get heal points on myself AND my team. If I'm in a 1v1 or even 1v2 the shout 100% turns the fight in my favor.
As much as I love playing her she’s useless for a tank. She either needs a buff to her passive healing or she needs her attacks to actually do damage
another thing is that you can use the knife pull while in any of her abilities so you can pull enemies in while in the middle of the ultimate animation for example

People play the game but I've found a few games where the enemy team is super toxic and pathetic, where they kill you at your spawn then they go back to pushing the robot that wasn't far.
