    Dang, you guys killed it. Jayco, take notes! TAKE NOTES! This is like Gorgon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares for RVs.

      That is so kind of you! We love this particular RV layout. It's small but packs a punch and so much nicer once it's a little brighter.

    We just bought a 264bh and that dinette area really transforms the RV. We’ll keep that in mind. Great job.

    I’m doing an rv reno this year to be ready to rv full time by the end of my contract in 2022 for work and I’m 100% doing that bench and table idea!! Great idea you guys! Thanks!

    Is this trailer a four season package?

      No, really best Spring-Fall, at least with our weather in Wisconsin. If the weather was more mild by you it'd work though.

    Do you have a video on how you did the couch?

    • @newlookrv4269
      @newlookrv4269  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think we every made a TH-cam video on this and I don't see any saved stories on it. Sorry! There are several good videos on building these basic slides online.

    How did you install the Futon with sliders, did you cut the futon?

    • @newlookrv4269
      @newlookrv4269  ปีที่แล้ว

      Didn't cut it, but screwed the slide into the base of the futon and used brackets when necessary.

      Hi there, we used glued edge boards and pocket screwed an apron on it. We ordered the pin legs from Amazon. Best of luck :) www.amazon.com/dp/B072R2PNX3?ref=exp_newlookrvrenovation_dp_vv_d

      Hello - our family has the EXACT camper. We’ve been picking away at renovating it as we had to rip up the bathroom floor because of a leaky toilet.... I LOVE what you guys did with this unit, especially with replacing the couch. I was wondering if it would be possible to get in touch with plans for that slide-out to keep the furnace protected/house appropriately? Thanks in advance. I’m very inspired!

      @@lindsaybunn6799 Hi Lindsay, Thanks for the kind words. We unfortunately don't have any plans for that couch build. However if you look up "van slide out bed" on youtube you will find some helpful videos. Otherwise we just boxed the area around the heater similar to how Jayco originally boxed it....Good luck :)

    Isn't the cold air return for the furnace behind the couch, with multiple large voids for cold air return..

    • @newlookrv4269
      @newlookrv4269  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      eWe didn't actually change any of the space around the furnace. inside same 'box' with same outlets for warm air, exterior in for fresh air and the vents that are on the exterior of the unit aren't covered.

      @@newlookrv4269 I was curious, I'm looking to do something similar as to open up the walking space.

    Almost bought a new one and realized how stupid that wouldve been. Especially when models 2 years old are 10-15K cheaper. NICE project
