Yes, its a 31 foot travel trailer. It has fairly high ceilings and 2 slides so it feels nice and spacious. Love the layout of this one!

It varies as it would depend what we purchased original camper for etc. this one sold around $40k

We used plywood for the slide floor, the booth is also built out of plywood and glued edge boards.

That is so kind of you! We love this particular RV layout. It's small but packs a punch and so much nicer once it's a little brighter.

It did really work well! I don't remember off the top of my head. probably 35ish inches. Just a guess.

@@newlookrv4269 Thanks. We ended up building a 40x40 with a drop leaf so the slide can come in. Worked great.

I don't think we every made a TH-cam video on this and I don't see any saved stories on it. Sorry! There are several good videos on building these basic slides online.

No, really best Spring-Fall, at least with our weather in Wisconsin. If the weather was more mild by you it'd work though.

It didn't seem needed. We just went with what was pretty much already there from the factory

eWe didn't actually change any of the space around the furnace. inside same 'box' with same outlets for warm air, exterior in for fresh air and the vents that are on the exterior of the unit aren't covered.

Didn't cut it, but screwed the slide into the base of the futon and used brackets when necessary.

such a delayed reply....Just seeing yt comments! We have straps attached to the banquet that you use to tie it down. Usually we attach gate hooks to the couches to lock them in place.

Hi there, the market is inflated and you can expect to pay more then you would have last year However there is no way to know if that will be turning. We would be speculating on if the the 5th wheel is a good purchase without seeing it personally. We personally stick to RVs that are a bit newer then that, however there are other renovators that have success with vintage models. Best of luck with your search.

If you are going to brush and roll, I'd listen/watch our podcast with Rachel from RV family Reno as there's good info in there. We've moved on to spraying our renovations now, which is a little different process. However which ever method you choose, don't skip steps!. Sand, wash, good primer, good paint. You will thank yourself later. Have fun!
