You Go Girl! I lost over 100 lbs 💯 years back - never gained back. Here’s my diet - Don’t buy it! I skip all my favourite isles. Therefore my only struggle with diet is left at the store. Everything in my kitchen, I consume as much as I feel like. No fast food ever. Very few purchases are packaged goods.

I was never really fat, but I gained weight while dating someone who kept buying too much food for me. I constantly told him I gained weight and need to lose it again, but to no avail. It's just much more difficult to lose weight when fatty food is dangling in front of your nose all the time.
Good for her for seeing what he’s doing and standing up for herself though.

He's so unbelievably insecure. I pray she ignores his toxicity and loses the weight. Her husband is pathetic. He really needs to back off and work on himself. He has some serious issues.
