The truth is that Nigerian men were brought up to take care of women. We have this belief that the wort of man is his ability to take care of their family. Date a Nigerian man, show him respect and he will buy you the world 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬

It's culture in Nigeria to take care of women. Growing up my mother taught me the importance of taking care of my sisters & protecting them. While already independent & making money I took full responsibility; their upkeeps, school fees, pocket moneys, clothing, and all that. So, it's natural that you'll do the same for your girlfriend or wife.
In Igbo culture, man's level of wealth is determined by the appearance of his wife/girl; be it expensive jewelry, clothes, cars & generally anything that makes a woman look good.
Igbo are considered best in terms of spending on their wives. It's cultural thing - I guess.
For Ghanaians, it's more or less absence of wherewithal/money besides cultural thing. However, in terms of physical affection (sex & romance) I give it to the Ghanaians. They know how to obey women, like literally doing everything for a woman BUT cash & gifts.

It's a culture in Nigeria. You don't have to be rich to try to impress the woman. Even the hustler try to compete in this ministry and many have ended poor because of this attitude. In a general context, a Nigerian man knows how to spoil a woman, the women who are saying this have the experience first hand

African women talk about Nigerian men - good or bad. No one talks about Ghanaian men. They need to stop forcing the issue. It seems they are forcing people to mention Ghanaian men by comparing them with Nigerian men. There was a Ghanaian guy in Kenya who made a video asking Kenyan women to pick between a Nigerian and Ghanaian men. Most of the Kenyan women told him they don’t know much about Ghanaian men. It’s like he wants Ghanaian men to trend using Nigerian men. This jollof rice banter has suddenly turned everything in to comparing things, which is annoying and unnecessary. It’s obvious, both countries are not on the same level. It’s like night and day.

She is not the only woman that has said Ghanaian men are stingy. What’s funny is these Ghanaian men are saying they are not stingy, it’s just that they don’t have the money, yet they have the audacity to call Nigeria poor..😂😂..people are beginning to realize that Ghana was overrated due to year of the return. The small country has nothing to offer. The reason Africans in the diaspora went to Ghana years ago is partly because of Afrobeats, and who dominates Afrobeats? Nigeria. Also, Nigerian artists were spending their time there, because Lagos was to noisy and crowded.
Have you noticed that for the last three years that Nigerian artists have stopped going to Ghana, the patronage by the diaspora has reduced? Any little recognition Ghana had in the past is because of Nigeria. The moment Nigeria decides to stop paying Ghana any attention, the small country is done, because no African country pays Ghana any attention, even its partner in crime South Africa don’t pay them any attention.

Ghanaman, it's more cultural in Nigerian major cultures to take care of your woman. To marry in Nigeria whether Igbo or Yoruba, you are like pleading to take the woman from her parents with a promise to take good care of her showering her and her family with gifts to show you are capable. For Hausa or Fulani cultures, men get beaten in the course of the marriage rites and men who dont betray their emotions i.e cry are deemed as "man enough" to protect and take care of the woman. You miss the point when you talk of drug or kidnapper money bla bla as reason to spend on a woman
