Promote the shows with calling out Nigerians specifically like we owe ya'll something! We don't! We buy and eat your pepper too, so do ya'll now owe us? Abeg park well ode!

The economy contributes too. How rich is Liberia and many of these smaller countries? No disrespect but Naija economy is like 3/4 of that of the whole ECOWAS; so theres more resources in Nigeria to do lots of things that other less endowed countries cant afford. There are states in Nigeria richer than some of these countries, esp Lagos and oil producing states in the Niger Delta like Rivers, Delta and Akwa Ibom state. Thats why people should stop comparing Nigeria with all these countries; Nigeria is on its own level....

Remember Big brother Nigeria is now the flagship of MutiChoice South Africa in terms of revenue generation. Exactly why they stopped Big Brother Africa bcos it wasn't generating enough revenue like BBNigeria and BBSad Africa. In Nigeria the interest is there, the sponsors put down heavy sums for sponsorship of the show. It is actually the largest viewing entertainment show in Africa presently, and company's in Nigeria are dying to be part of it each year. The economy of Nigeria is not doing so well now, yet companies are still dropping huge sums for sponsorship of the show. Those monies is what you see in the show. They go for the best, from Ebuka the presenter having fashion brands designing his wears and even paying him huge sums to wear them, to the artistic remodeling of Biggies House every year, to the general concept of each years show, usually themed to perfection. It's a great show really, and will be hard to match bcos of thoughts and creativity that go into its production, to the enthusiasm it generates within Nigeria in particular and Africa in general. I don't see Nigerians catching on to any of those shows in other countries simply bcos they do not meet the eye and production test of so many Nigerians who are already used to quality productions. No we don't just watch for the sake of it. You watch shows bcos they are entertaining and of high quality.

The African always like to copy Europeans and never be original, they don't even know the original intent behind that show called Big brother which is about surveillance George Orwell 1984. Too much copy copy and very few original.

What do you mean Ghanaians saying- “that’s not who they are” That’s exactly who they are, no intellectual property, no creativity, and no vision. Some people tend to OVERRATE Ghana, because of the‘year of the return’ . The country doesn’t have what it takes to excel. They use the competition narrative to make themselves relevant and some of people fell for it. It has been proven time and time again that Nigeria is not in competition with any country. Everything that Ghana has tried to copy from Nigeria has failed. What does that tell you? That Ghana doesn’t have the capability and know-how to get these things done. If you have it, you have it. If you don’t, you don’t. Ghana is a small country that is technically and technologically about 15 years behind. Most of the country is rural- towns and villages. It’s just some people who have OVERRATED the country. Go there and see for yourself, better yet, talk to the people and you will discover their MINDSET.

Big brother Nigeria is not original it's a copy from the Europeans the show called big brother and Africans are proud to be promoting a tv show that is about taking away your rights as a people and being put under surveillance. It's always entertaining for Africans that's how easy it is to be manipulated. No African should be proud of such shows unless they love to copy copy. They always copy Europeans and think they are the best at mimicking Europeans shame shame shame smh
