The truth is that Nigerian men are brought to love and take care of women. In Nigeria you are considered a responsible man if u can provide and care for your women. Women boast of her good their men are to their friends 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬

My sister, I can't talk for other African men in general, but as a Nigerian myself, I can say that our love for women/ladies comes from seeing what our own mothers go/went through in Nigeria to raise a boy/man. We Nigerian men generally have so much love for our mothers, and we tend to take that care and love in relationship(s).

To say Nigerian men would rather marry a foreign lady than marry a Nigerian lady is an over statement. U hurriedly called burna boy what about davido, tuface, d psquare etc. Love n marriage is a personal choice not backed by universal yardstick.

The secret is in the love of Nigerian mothers. Nigerian men are raised by mostly “sweet mothers” so their first experience with a woman is largely pleasant. That’s the main reason they go through life loving, protecting and providing for the women their lives. They are actually searching for and reciprocating the love of their mothers

When a woman is suggesting that we split 50/50... It means am not man enough.
Our men are groomed to build, provide and protect his family.
It's a culture, that makes a male to be a full Man. Head of the family.

Great video Darling. But trust me we Nigerian men prefer dating our Nigerian ladies. Just a few date outside of this norm, and that is totally fine and exciting too.

Not true. Nigerian men marry mostly Nigerian women. However, if we find love outside we don't discriminate. We are used to our ladies. They are used to us too. No big deal.

In summary, it is because Nigeria home is more of a complete family, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, aunty, uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Even when of the parents are not involved there's someone standing in the gap.
Before now, a single lady don't go living alone without being married. If you must be living alone bcos of job or anything else, you see a family member coming to live with you.

We are more appreciated outside by other women for little things we consider nothing while at home we do the most still the women feel its not enough. I mean a prophet is never respected in his home but never the less there are many Nigerian celebrities that are married to Nigerian women( davido, P-square, Banky, obi cubana, 2baba, MI) plenty to mention. Its just a matter of choice

Nigerian men largely marry Nigerian women. Not sure where you are finding this narrative that Nigerian men are marrying foreigners. That is untrue.

  • @bestekezie1793

😂😂😂😂@Darling Lyonga, no make me laugh in English okay.
Nigeria women are not materialistic nor our men. Nigeria women just know their men will take care of them. Financially, emotionally, spiritually, sexually, and otherwise even when the man is not rich, there is something he his covering.
Our population is too big so people can marry to any part of the world if they so chose.
But for a very lasting marriage, i believe sometime or most time, we prefer naija to naija even tribe to tribe, Religion to Religion.

Talking about Nigeria doesn't mean that you know that much about Nigerians. Where in the world did you get the information that Nigerian men don't marry their women? Which set of Nigerians are you talking about? Is it the Calabar men who find it difficult to marry from outside because they wonder if the foreign woman will know how to cook edikang ikong, atama, afia efere, editan, ukwuoho afang, or fisher man soups for him and his family members? That's the biggest lie to say that Nigerian men prefer outside women to their own.

Darling Lyonga and these youtubers using Nigeria and Nigerians as a topic for their content creation keep doing this rubbish. Something you don't do with other nationals.

Burna Boy is a Port Harcourt boy. They are not very traditional. A Nigerian from the southeast or southwest is likely to go with a Nigerian woman.
