      I bought a copy on my phone and it's fantastic.. wish I had got a physical copy to go back and forth easier but it's been very Informative.. now if I can figure out this hormonal belly I'd be happy.. I'm average everywhere except my waist. It's not easy to look at. The "spare tire" thing is real and so hard to lose.

    1. Eat plenty of healthy fats
    2. Break up your diet fibre
    3. Zinc deficiency - supplement or foods
    4. Vitamin C - low vit c is common with miscarriages
    5. Magnesium deficiency
    Buy organic non gmo and local much as can
    6. Avoid things that disrupt hormones like pesticides, plastic, animal products pumped with hormones. Only have pasture raised non gmo etc

      Cortisol. Avoid running as this stresses the body and raises cortisol which is a stress hormone & will create weight gain

      Exercise is not a driver of weight loss, it's diet. If you are not keeping track of your food and calories, you're not going to see results.

    I’ve been alternate day fasting and it has really helped with fat loss and slimming my tummy. I make sure I eat fiber, healthy fats and protein on my feast days. Fasting has helped me naturally balance hormones and even if I go off track I’m still losing inches. How do you feel about this method ?

    I'm so glad this popped up on my suggested videos. This is my life! I'm going to head to the website and start looking around because I'm looking for info about visceral fat accumulation and what to do about it. I'm just heading in to menopause and look pregnant. So frustrating!

    Wow, your awesome. I am 49 perimenopause and getting a little belly pooch and thick thighs. I have very irregular periods and even skipped one in February. I didn't realize that eating more fiber will flush the excess estrogen from my body. Thank you so much for the information. I absolutely love your videos hun. Much ❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗🤗

    I eat all the right things and exercise and sleep and drink tons of eater no processed food, little sugar almost no booze. Still have hormone belly. Ladies, see a gyno.

    I will turn 49 this year and this month all of a sudden I started gaining weight. I thought i was pregnant lol but it's obvious I am just gaining weight. I was always size 8 UK but this year I am Suze 10-12. I go to the gym, watch my diet and run 3x a week but I can't seem to lose weight. Thank you so much for this 💘💟🙏💜💜💗💖

    I sound like a broken record, but I gain a ton of weight during the pandemic. My belly is so big. I have a healthy diet. I've tried everything to lose this thing. I started exercising more and I feel it made it bigger. I'm not sure if it's because of the stress of exercise or that I'm hungrier. I've experimented with supplements adding different things into my diet. Nothing works. Also, it's interesting most people say being fatter makes them look younger. I am the opposite I look about 5 years older since I've gained weight.

    I get terrible hormonal migraines when it's time for my period and I can't get rid of this belly fat. I am 46 this is so frustrating. I am starting to take zinc and magnesium as well as organic products to see if it will help.

      I experience the same..terrible migraines just before periods every month it's so incapacitating and the belly fat is a real struggle to get rid of. I've been eating alot of salad lately in an effort to increase my fibre. The struggle is real!

      I get it after my period is over and it’s been recent for the last year or so. Never had migraines before that. I’ll be 44. Is this hormonal? I’m also gaining weight.

      I’m in menopause. The only thing that works for me is intermittent fasting. I lost 14 lbs. 6 more to go. Also no sugar.

    I’m pregnant and trying maintain my weight while I grow my baby without starving myself but I feel like starving is the only way I lose weight. I’m about 30lbs over weight for my height. Do you think I can benefit from your book even while I’m pregnant?

    Just know that "organic" is not pesticide free. Organic foods still use a ton of pesticides. Pesticides approved for use in organic farming include neem oil, made from the neem tree, and pyrethrin, which is made from chrysanthemum plants. A few synthetic chemicals are also allowed in organic farming. Examples include copper sulfate, alcohols, chlorine products, hydrogen peroxide, and soaps. The important thing is washing your produce well.

    If someone is looking to do an estrogen detox, can they eat chickpeas? They say beans and chickpeas actually increase estrogen. What are your thoughts? Also, in one of your videos I see lots of healthy carbs (seeds, nuts, beans, whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc) to reduce estrogen, but other online Dr.s are saying a high carbohydrate diet creates estrogen dominance and hyperinsulinemia causes estrogen dominance, which can cause fibroids, cysts and cancer. What are your thoughts?

    I’ve been following you for quiet a while, I’ve recently hit a plateau… my macro split was p:40% c:30% f:30% … I’m 33 years old and make sure I get my 10k steps a day, I’m currently 5’0 and 140 lbs, I can’t get below 140 :/ I’m going to try carb cycling this week, my carbs will go between 40-60% this week… should I reconsider?

      You need to change up your work out routine. After a while the body becomes efficient and used to what you do. Which is good. But key is work harder not longer. So pick up some light weights and do walk and tone work out vids on TH-cam. Cut back cardio focus on some weights. Or break up your work out to 30 mins morn 30 at night. Basically you did great and your body is saying lets kick it up.

      Also taking time to evaluate your spiritual and mental health? You can be too neurotic with diet and exercise to lose weight or just too stressed/pent up. If our bodies are a unit it helps to evaluate all the pieces

    I just purchased your book!!! I weight train 4 to 5 times a week and I try to eat healthy, I drink mostly protein and fiber as much as twice a day because I’m always on the go! Can’t wait to read it

    What do you do about hormonal belly when your estrogen is almost zero (mine is 5) so it is much lower than progesterone?

    I love the detail through this whole video, except I think you'd find a lot of information about our foods and farms by getting information from real farmers raising and growing foods. Organic farms still use pesticides, and conventional farms can still use organic options.

    I was having stomach issues had a cat scan the scan also showed a cyst on my cervix so I saw a gyno for a ultrasound and he told me not to expect another cycle. I'm 52 with severe Ocd. Is menopause going to affect my OCD????

    What about women who have undergone surgical menopause due to hysterectomy I am 47 and had a hysterectomy 7 years ago. I am not on hormone replacement therapy and I can not lose weight for the life of me please help I do not want to take synthetic hormones
