My biggest question now is, how can they possibly make a movie called the Multiverse of Madness without a multiverse if everything is a single time line?
Finally found somebody else that gets it. It all makes zero sense. It’s impossible that the Avengers are always supposed to be doing what they do, but Loki is not. If the Avengers always go back to the battle of New York in 2012 then everything that we saw take place in Endgame always happens. The only explanation they could give is that every other time Loki chooses to not pick up the tesseract. Which would of course be absurd. The Avengers we know, and have followed should have experienced what we saw in Endgame in the original Avengers film. Cap Vs Cap, Hail Hydra, Tony collapsing, Hulk stairs, Loki escaping, etc... etc... Show is a disaster.
I couldn't finish episode 1 because it was just so bad & cringe. Like wtf? So, the Spider-verse is dead now? Free will is gone? You're punished for events that happen that are out of your control? Who the heck wrote this show?
Yeah getting rid of free will is a big mistake. One of my favorite shows did the same stupid mistake in the last season by saying everything played out as planned so nothing the main characters did was their own choice
@@RichieReviews4 it wasn’t we only saw one order of events play out. When the multiverse is reinstated by the end we’ll get to see how different actions will produce different results. It's not that there's no free will; The TVA only steps in to stop time travellers from changing the past, creating new timelines. The Avengers returned to the past to return the stones, putting history back on course, but Loki's escape would create another timeline. Whether or not the conflicts of the MCU really matter is a philosophical question of the nature of free will. That said, I agree with everything else.

Considering everything he said is a flat out lie, no. Everything he said does not make sense. “The stones being ‘colorful paperclips” at this point is dumb and not funny.” Except it isn’t dumb.
