Hi Sean, can see how the Tiger experience is both nerve racking and exciting at the same time. I guess those tigers were all raised in captivity to be so relaxed around people. I would think that you probably have to sign a release of liability to participate? That is something you could never experience in America. Looking forward to your video with the Elephants.
Hello Ben, Yes they breed and raise all these Tigers so they are used to being around people, Also there are not many Tigers still alive in Thailand so they are protecting these tigers also. I still had that thought in the back of my head that I hope this tiger already ate lunch:)
Hello Joshua, yes it was a great experience and I do agree it was a sad to see all these tigers in cages, but these places are actually protecting these tigers as there are not many tigers alive in Thailand.
Hello if you want a lot of action I would choose Bangkok or Phuket, Bangkok is not by the ocean though. Phuket is great ocean island but it is expensive, Pattaya is a good option by the ocean and it is cheaper.
I’ve been watching your channel since you started your journey . I wanted to ask did you sell everything to move and retire in Thailand without an income right ?
Hello Frank I first want to thank you for watching my videos, Yes that is correct I sold everything I have, My house, 2 cars and everything that I could not fit into 2 suitcases, And I also worked really hard and saved for many years to be financially stable for years outside of the US.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 that’s very inspiring. I’ve always wondered if 250k at 50 years would be enough to retire in Thailand living a simply laidback lifestyle ? What do think
Frank I can honestly say you could live at least 10 years in Thailand with 250,000, and probably longer than that depending on how you spend your money
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 wow wow wow that’s definitely something I need to consider . Thank you for you replies . Keep your vids coming they certainly keep my hopes up wanting to retire in Thailand
I am a total cat lover and I have to admit, I'd be a bit nervous getting in the cage with one of these big cats. I'd love to give the babies a hug though. Awesome video.
Hello Michael, Yes it was nerve racking when I got in the cage with that giant tiger, they are bigger in real life than they look on TV. I found out that not many tigers are still alive in Thailand so this place is helping to protect the tigers. They also breed and raise the tigers around people so they feel comfortable around people. Thanks for watching:)
If they saw that in America they'd send in 2 SWAT teams, shoot the tiger with a tranquilizer, shoot the dude with a tranquilizer, muzzle and chain the tiger, muzzle and chain the dude, give him a tetanus shot (just in case) and, what the heck, hit the guy with another tranquilizer.
You may have a bit more trust for Thais than anyone, Sean. After that traffic mishap I hope you are reeling in a little tighter, Theyre nice people, good people, honest people generally, but they have way too much trust for other people (and tigers) and you and I know better than that.
What a cool place, def on my Must See list for when I arrive.
Craig this was definitely a great place to see, There is also an Elephant sanctuary close by I will be going to soon.
Please don't. These animals are drugged and this place is well documented as abusing these tigers

NO, they are drugged. This place is well documented as abusing these animals
dont those places keep the tigers heavily drugged
I dont think so, I think the tigers are just raised to be around people so they feel comfortable.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 that is incorrect ...they are heavily sedated jeez. pretty disappointed with this vid :/
Awesome video, I’m sure a surreal experience but it’s such a shame seeing these majestic animals locked up like prisoners for profit

What are some of the best cities, towns to live in there (safe, speak more English, near the water, nice housing, etc)?
Thank You

Hi Genny and welcome, thank you for subbing:) I will be honest I did not feel brave when I saw how big that tiger was. I am glad he was so mellow :)
the tiger king
I was just trying not to be the tiger meal:) Thanks for watching..
Oh man I don't think I'd be brave enough to go in there with the tiger 😂
Hello my friend when I saw how big that tiger was I wanted to turn back around, but I went through with it anyway, Thanks for watching:)
