Thank you so much Seth. I tried it out, i have a Uk account but reside in Nigeria, and tin is Nigeria, it is still showing 30%. What could be done?

You have to have a valid TIN or NI number from a country that has tax treaties with the US for the tax to be 0.0%
Otherwise, it’ll be 30% still.

How can I change the currency from US to Canadian Dollars?

First you must have Canadian account set in your account section, if you do, the currency should be in CAD. Because that’s what will be sent by Amazon.
However, if you’re referring to the reports of your sales, you can easily do that by checking the Royalties estimator section of your account. You have an option to make the change.
