@@aliciajamesofficial4381 unfortunately, no. There’s no option to order the ebook version like you would the paperback. But you can download a “preview version“ of your ebook.

@@sethamazon I am glad that I checked. I was hoping to order ebooks for 10 reviewers to review and comment on Amazon. So the only option if I am to provide this freely is to order the paperback authors copies and then post out to them?

@aliciajamesofficial4381 it’s not in the same location. You’d have to navigate to the ebook’s content tab. Scroll downward. You’d find it.

@@sethamazon actually I have a problem that I hope you can help Or advise me on. Problem -my sister ordered 30 books and then I discovered there was a problem with the narrative so returned it to Amazon. I made several changes to my book which is represented in the kindle format but not the paperback version. I cannot as an author have the earlier versions sold on to others if the old paperback version is been sold. I am a new author and it is embarrassing. It seems that this is not an important issue for Amazon. Have you encountered this issue? It’s not that the books weren’t wanted it was that there were errors in the narrative and Amazon has not updated my new version. Can you advise me on this please? Kind regards Alicia

Hello. I don’t seem to understand what you’re saying. Is this related to Amazon KDP?

The difference is in the amount of written (texts) in the book. Low content books have very few written content in them. Eg. journals, dairies etc. High contents have more written (texts) contents. Eg. Novels, self help books etc. Amazon can allow you publish 24 pages. But aim for at least 72 pages. Hope this helps.

If you initially setup the tax information correctly, you don't need to do anything else even after changing the bank information. Unless you have been prompted by Amazon, don't worry about it. Changing the bank information shouldn't affect your tax information. Hope this helps?

1. No, it doesn’t. Your table of contents ought to be already clickable for it to reflect as such with previewer. 2. It’s docx file done with MS Word, not PDF. PDF will not work.

Look at the top right of the app. You need to sign in to a gmail account. Hope you’re not using the plus sign at the bottom right? Because the plus sign on the bottom right is what will ask you to either scan a code or add via a KEY. If you’ve done it correctly and still can’t of find the codes, see if syncing the app will help. There’s a cloud icon at the top right. If it still doesn’t work, I’ll try a tutorial and see how that goes.

@@mohammedusman6777 I've had to clear the authenticator app from one of my devices to see what you're saying. You're right the option isn't there and codes restoration isn't possible just like that from the app. Let me use this device to research more. I'll make a tutorial if I find something that helps.

As long as your ACX account is still functional your gmail and password should work fine. It’s usually the same all through your accounts on Amazon. Check to be sure your acx account is still valid then try again.
