Thought They Didn't Want Us to Fish, So We Showed Up Anyway

This was a small kayak tournament hosted by Ben's Tackle Shack, similar to the early days of kayak tournaments. Cash at the ramp, no tournament management app, and the judge reviewed the photos at the end of the day.
We initially thought they didn't want us to fish the event, but we were wrong. Oops! Definitely a good time, though, especially since I wasn't running it for once!
And yes, there was another bird encounter.
