@@Satosuke Honestly I was kinda sad to find out that using the Soul Cutter uses magic, so I refused to use it on purpose when I got it, really felt like it threw off the give/take balance that the system had as-is
there's a few spots where I still don't know what the intended strategy is, even with all abilities. What comes to mind is the health upgrade in Castle Sansa near the theatre's front entrance (and also the worst room in the game). It's the medium room with the two stone pillars, blue torches, big sloping floor and the health way up in an alcove near the ceiling. No idea what the "correct" way to get up there so it's just super jank single-wall kicks for a hundred attempts until one of them accidentally makes it
this video gives off 2008 youtube vibes and I'm all for it.
Hah thanks! I'm probably at about the level of a 2008 youtuber.
I've done a few of these thinking it was the intended path because I somehow missed the wallrun ability.
I love all the movement stuff you can do in this game.
This reminds me of 2007-2012 video game tricks and glitches videos and I love it
0:26 I did that because I didn't know I was missing another skill, it took me about 3 hours to do it lol
Nice work!

Sick tricks
i still have no idea how to get the underbelly key legit cause I just cheese it every time
In the room with the underbelly key, you'll need Ascendant Light to bounce on the dark orbs and Soul Cutter to hit the switches on the walls.
@@SatosukeOH MY GOD I NEVER THOUGHT TO USE SOUL CUTTER
@kylehennkens9578 if it makes you feel any better I forgot about it for quite a while too.

Schmooving!
this was me for 3/4 of the game before I figured out I could get cling gem

Now do the two swinging-axes tunnels without wall ride
I’m sorry, is that 60fps Sybil???
I'M SORRY
hi
How the fuck do you backflip after bouncing off a wall?
If you hit jump right after you start the dive action it'll cancel the dive / plunge / sunsetter into a backflip.
