Wow another great video, nicely done.
To clear up any confusion you may have about Craven running so many different numbers, back in the first 15 or so years of the Busch series, there were combination races with, the Busch North series, now ARCA East. If two drivers show up with the same number, the one that qualified higher get to keep their number. Craven ran 25 in 1991 in the North series, Hensley ran it in the "South". If you look Craven's win in the 25, Hensley I think, changed his number to 5.
Honorable mentions for 30-34:
Michael Waltrip and the horrible crash at Bristol with the #30.
Ed Berrier ran a number 33 in the early 90's with Greased Lightning sponsorship.
Todd Bodine ran the 34 with both Pillsbury Hungry Jack and later Fiddle Faddle as sponsors.
Randy LaJoie also ran the 34 with Dollar General as a sponsor.
You could do a video on the number 34 by itself just from all the sponsors they've had over the years. It's pretty incredible.
Have a great day!
Thanks a ton for the info on Craven! You rock!
@@DoglegMediaMatt you're welcome. The race that Craven won in the 25 is a pretty good watch.

Thanks for the additions! Great stuff!

Hi Matt.
For the 30 thru 34 segment video on the xfinity series tab, please mention Danica Patrick making two career starts for Turner-Scott Motorsports once in the 30 (sponsored by Florida Lottery) and the other in the 34 (Go Daddy standard).
Also mention Justin Allgaier being sponsored by dollar General in his time with the 31 for the exact same team as well as the 32 of Reed Sorenson with the same team and same sponsor please. Also the 32 made a few select cup starts with Turner-Scott Motorsports with Reed Sorenson as the driver and DG as the sponsor. Thanks Matt and wonderful job on the feature presentations here on TH-cam.
I love all these mentions! Thanks a ton and I appreciate the kind words!

craven drove so many numbers due to his busch north number. in those days when they ran those races (also cup with winston west) you could run your normal number. but if someone else ran the same number in the south (or north for busch etc.) who ever qualified fastest i believe got to keep the number for the race. the reason i think in 91 craven had nearly as many numbers used as starts was for this reason. he drove the 25 up north. in a few races he didn't outqualify hensley who drove that in thbusch series so he had to change his number. i na few cases hensley ran the 5 by just covering the 2 or painting over it. that was fairly normal back then. i'm sure they'd invert the numbers some also (52 for 25 or 95 for 50) depending on how the numbers were put on there. if painted they just painted over one if they were decals they jsut took a number off.. didn'thappen in cup much but did happen quite a bunch in busch back in early days of it and the north series. also why craven got to be roookie of the year in 92 in busch. all but 2 starts were in the companion events and so they didn't count against his 5 he could run. if i'd of been a busch north driver i'd of run all the dual events you could to a. get experience b. get noticed, and c add those up. craven i think was only one really to exploit that loop hole. in 91 there were 5 dual races (counted for busch north and south. and he ran all 5 i think except maybe daytona. maybe there was 6.) then when busch went more west than north theyquit doing those
This is a big part of why I make content, viewers like yourself teach me things I wouldn’t have learned any other way! Thanks a ton!
You forgot my honorable mention 😢
Btw honorable mention for the 33 Brandon Jones.
I will 100% get that Brandon Jones mention in the next one! Sorry for missing it, thanks for being so awesome!!
I would have put Chris cockrum for the 25.He's only remember for his hard hit at Talladega in 2016

Why didn’t you mention JJ yeley for 28 I saw loads of comments with him in it?
It definitely must have slipped my mind, I had been slammed with family issues and just got around to writing the script yesterday, and wanted to make sure the video was out for today! Thanks for watching and supporting!
