Hello my name is Kamila I live in Brazil. There is no tutorial like this in my language. I thought I could not do it without understanding English. But, I managed to do it, I'm so happy. Thank you.

I have been looking at many tutorials on how to construct these ears. I prefer Von's way because she always, always stabilizes her work. Everything is good and tight on her pieces where others have too many moving parts and pieces. I keep coming back to Von for instruction and have pretty much decided she is my guru. Thank you, Von!

I made these! Thanks to your instructions, they. Came out great!!! I didn’t have a 10mm, so I used 3 8mm…turned out just fine!

Your tutorials are a valuable resource for starting out with wire wrapping. I must admit, when someone suggested I start making ears, I found your videos to be the most informative and enjoyable. Keep up the great work :-)

Wow!!! This is such a great tutorial. You make it so easy to follow along. I had tried other tutorials but yours was the only one that really worked for me to make these. I have made my first set of ears, I personalised them slightly and I LOVE them!!! I used silver wire and just one green bead. Thank you so much for sharing!

I finished a very rigorous semester of two upper Psy courses (lovely thoughtful mentors) and an upper humanities (mentored by a jerk) at midnight. Making elf ears, today, was my reward! I haven't made jewelry since the day before I started my degree Feb. 2, 2016! Just before I decided to go back to school I was reorganizing my studio. It took me 45 minutes to find my wire. Imagine my disappointment, when I opened the case I'd always kept it in, to find it was not there. You can totally tell I haven't wire wrapped in over two years...but I still love how they came out. My bent nose pliers aren't where the belong either and my Teflon pliers are jacked. I will be making more elf ears! I'm making all twenty-two costumes for the play my oldest is the lead in and plan to make his wife/mother's jewelry. I'm going to use the elf ear methold for an ear cuff thingy.

Wow elf ears, I'm on a mission to make a pair, And if I'm lucky I can make more than 1 Pair Hopefully Something Close to your design,I'd like to use much smaller beads maybe even a mix of round an tear drops like 2 mm , wondering if can get tear dropbeads that small, do you think its possible ? 12/31/18 want to make for new year.

I did make a pair of these! The only problem i had was my ears are really small for an adult.... so i ended up having to really bend/mold them alot for them to line up properly and look nice. My mandral ended up having to be 1 inch for it to look proper on my ear. ( I am 39) just have small ears.

Just my two cents... you might want to start by making a smaller "base"; Reduce the measurements by about a half inch on the ends, and when shaping the "point" of the ear, angle it in at a sharper degree. It's really all experimentation when you start making them for yourself. :-)

I have so many ideas that I want to do based on her tutorials! I just lack the funding to actually do that all! It's pretty much just one huge Ren Faire costume, really haha
