Hi, i have the Dyson Supersonic, and i, too, find it very hot diffusing my hair and i use the lowest heat and speed settings. Did i hear you say that its still too hot even when you just use the dome. Is it just as hot as the Supersonic. I was really hoping that this one wouldn't get so hot.
If you hold it so the dome is pressed to your head it’s too hot ( maybe slightly less than Supersonic) if you tilt it so it’s not right against your scalp it’s not too bad. I still had to regularly press the cold shot cuz I found it too hot, but I’m sensitive. I returned it for this reason.
@tressobsessed1 Thanks for the reply. I think you can buy the dome diffuser on its own. Dyson, I believe, has said that the dome diffuser is compatible with the supersonic it just won't have the learning technology . If the dome working with the Nural was significantly cooler, I'd buy the Nural. If I just buy the dome diffuser and I still find it hot with the supersonic, then I won't have wasted so much money, lol.
