    Im from Indonesia 🇮🇩, I got diagnose dyspepsia & panic attack... I hope this affirmation can eliminate the symptoms of panic attack , because i feel sad and i miss my old self , where before the diseases attacked me i was free whereever i went without my symptoms.       We are all together in this, there are other people feeling the same thing as you so you're not alone. I have been fearing the possibility of a panic attack a few months now because I had one that made me a lot uncomfortable and triggered my social anxiety as well. Now when I'm alone communicating with people I don't know well I have high anxiety and a constant fear of panic attack, which sometimes triggers it, it's like spiralling because I am the one who makes it happen. I wish I would stop caring like I didn't care at all when I was younger. I remember those days when the worst I could have was severe anxiety, I didn't even know anything else existed. I miss my old self too. But we are creating new selves, more aware of our feelings and our needs, a safer place for us and those around us, a self who understands us and is there for us and who tries and succeeds in so many small things. This new self if more grown and magnificent and stronger than ever. We will get there, step by step, we are already getting there.

    Been listening to this since last October ever since I got diagnosed with a panic disorder! I’ve been taking medication for anxiety relief but this meditation has been helping me better than pills. It has saved my life and me for almost 7 months now. Sometimes when we are in panic mode, we forget that our mind is powerful and can manifest a peaceful & calming state of mind. You have reminded me so many times when I get anxious that I am safe, I am in the present moment, and I am calm every time I inhale and exhale. Now I rely on medication less bc of this✨ You are so wonderful ❤️ I have no idea how I could survive until today!
    UPDATE(Oct 19, 2024): I returned to this video to update that I recovered much better! I don't use this meditation anymore! I am no longer in need of medication and decreased panic attacks drastically! Of course, without support and mentally & physically working on myself, I could not have achieved this! Just recently, I felt a balance and calmness in my body which I have not felt for 4 years. I am leaving this here because I know someone is hoping to heal what they have been carrying and composing for many years. Cry, rest, and release all you need because the time you are given right now is for healing. Please know it is possible to heal and be free of this heaviness!       @@LokiOfWinterfell hai thank you for asking a great question! firstly, it is great that you are putting into action to start moving forward towards healing! Please give yourself a gentle pat♡ I am no doctor & I don't know what exactly you're going through however if you allow me to speak from my experience with this, it was easy for me to believe that this meditation works because I already knew how listening to a subliminal or meditation before you go to sleep is scientifically effective to reprogram a brain system. This means that you can change your current situation and condition to your desired reality! This meditation definitely helped me through the worst time and I am still healing! I still rely on medication sometimes just in case & I do feel like it is hard to believe that I am healing. But it is not because that Jessica's meditation doesn't work. It's that sometimes we all focus on the result too quickly and forget that we are required to remain patient to achieve a trauma-free body! It is you vs you. You need to trust that you are bigger than this. You can overcome this no matter what. In case you feel like giving up sometimes, do not forget that we are all here! Sending you full of love & healing lights!
      p.s. Physical symptoms are most likely built-up stress/chemicals over years. The resource of illness/sickness both mentally & physically comes from how we react to the outer world & our brain system (from my perspective.) You should watch Dr. Joe Dispenza if you're interested! He explains very well how reprogramming your brain system works to heal which may help you understand why listening to meditation changes your health condition!

      @@Butterflywishes-rf9dt the best thing that has worked for me is this meditation. I’m now to a point where I am able to come off of these psyche meds. It’s been a rough few years for me but I’m seeing the light again finally and meditation is definitely what helped the most

      A lot of people have been right there and manage to heal completely just by listening to this. The healing of these words are incredible to change the thought patterns. Then work on deep breathing and making sure not to hyperventilate and your good 👍❤️

      I have had experience of this. What I do when I have an attack or feel like one is coming us the following.
      1/ find a quiet space ,
      2/ keep a few quick links to FAST anxiety relief podcasts or TH-cam videos
      3/ when you are feeling clear ,,, have a cup of tea , snack to eat
      4/ then I’ll listen to some soothing music if I’m at work
      You need to get a coping plan and ultimately confront the underlying reason for the anxiety however unpleasant that may be

      I’ve been struggling with daily panic attacks for about 4 years now. They have completely taken over my life. I don’t even know who I am anymore. I’m fighting everyday to get back to me but I can say this is the absolute only thing that helps bring me out of my attacks every time. Sometimes attacks are worse than others but I just leave this playing and repeat everything she says on my out breaths really slow and picture myself deflating with all the bad stuff leaving my body. It helps with the overwhelming thoughts and emotions. I wouldn’t with what I go through in my worst enemy. I’m sorry you have to deal with this too. I pray peace finds you and stays with you. Idk if you pray or not but another thing I say is the Serenity Prayer over and over again.

      Never give up and don’t hate life I went through the same but over came it and if I can do it so can you . You’re young and beautiful you got this . Never give up ⬆️ my panic attacks in the past were horrible and bad there’s times I called the ambulance because I thought I was dying . It was super scary but when I got help and talk about it I feel like it really helped and I pulled myself together because I know I’m more powerful than I think I am .you’re beautiful young and strong and don’t let anyone tell you less cause you’re good enough and worth it and life is full of surprises we go through the bad times because there’s better days ahead . ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

    I honestly was at a point where I would try anything to stop my panic attacks at night time and when I came across this I was like “surely it can’t be this easy” and boy was I wrong. I listen to this every night after my murder mystery story and haven’t had a panic attack in 3 weeks. Honesty a life saver. Thank you for everything you do.       Have you done Shiatsu Massage?! Also acupuncture? Heart blood deficiency? Stop eating sugar? Ice 🧊 cold drinks? Strength train? Any of these?

    You're voice is so calming... I had two panic attacks in one night and each time I listened to your soothing voice. During each pause I told myself I was going to be alright or just repeating what you said. I only recently started having panic attacks and it's hard on my body, I can't even exercise anymore because everytime my body gets a little worked up I have an attack. Thank you so much

      I have the same Talkingkittycat51 but in milder/lighter form. Your mind and body is more tense than mine. Still it is disturbing to have these attacks like today just randomly in cafe. Training has to be done very controlled way and during a period of no symptoms for a while. Also the form of training is essential to be something controlled and stress reliefing

    I've been in a constant state of panic for quite a long time now. Just the feeling of not being able to breathe right and being in the constant state of overthinking. My thoughts keep spiraling out of control and me as well included! It's hard having to go through it on your own and yes i know people say "We're all in this together" and yet i feel like I'm all by myself a lot of the time. And my family are quite ignorant when it comes to panic disorders/Panic attacks/Depression/Anxiety. The whole lot.
    And even when i try to explain it to them they still pretend to not get it or they just say rude things towards me and insult me. I remember telling my dad that i was anxious and felt like i couldn't breathe and his exact words were "How's that any of my problem? I don't care"...😀
    I haven't been my full self for quite a long time, i would say ever since 2020 things just went downhill for me and it's continuing to go downhill. The trainwreck never stops....
    I'm currently living with health anxiety as well which just makes things even more complicated since your brain constantly goes straight to worse case scenarios pretty quickly. The most random aches or body sensations can trigger a hell of a lot of unnecessary thoughts. It's exhausting. But at the same time i have no other choice but to push through and to constantly show up and be there for myself since nobody else seems to be. I'm kind of forced to be strong out of necessity. If I don't grow tough skin, things tend to go from bad to worse quite instantly.
    Anyway that's all that i needed to say and hopefully someone out there can relate to what I'm experiencing because it's a lot that i have to handle 😩

      If ever you want to vent and let out how you feel, let it out, don't keep it in, we're here to listenx
      I recovered from C, but has left me with no sense of smell and taste, aswell as an acute infection, putting so much strain on my body and mental health.
      I havn't been able to sleep, panic attacks.
      Like you, you try to appear strong infront of people.
      We can get through this💪
      I know people advise this alot but trying to clear the mind of any thoughts helps, put on a funny movie and focus on what is happening and laugh.
      I mostly struggle with sleeping, body goes in panic mode, end up sweating but found last night watching BlueskyHypnosis letting go of fear youtube video, calmed me down

      For me, this didn't get better until I started to tune into my own soul deeply and address the issues bit by bit, with thoroughness and eternal purpose. Basically make my life my own and also do things purposely, and with loving intent such that I knew I was doing things for me. I began to exercise(treadmill) and I ended up becoming quite the runner 6 miles is nothing. also, the worry of hyperventilation is eliminated when in heavy cardiovascular states. I gather the issues stem from the relationship between the other gender and the environment or world. Plus, we are in critical times, thanks for sharing that stuff. I haven't had a panic attack in years but I had to stop drinking alcohol and stopped smoking cigarettes and I developed a deep foundation for aquiring my soul mate and connected to the world and nature, went all the way good (don't kill bugs or anything). Fear is the Adam the eve and third person of them both like flawed.

    I don't have panic disorder, nor any anxiety disorder to my knowlege. But I do feel generally anxious and have a desire to feel safe (especially after walking through fear or when I'm about to face fears). I like to grow so I face fears on the daily. This is so helpful Jess! The reassuring words, sound, and music are soothing. I really need to know I'm ok and everything is ok as I walk through the challenges of life. I hope I can re-assure myself as time goes on, but for now, I found Jess! 😉😇

    I'm really glad I listened to this meditation last night, helped take my anxiety down few notches! I'm so scared right now as I'm in my first week of a 3 Year master's program to become a psycotherapist! It's a lot to take in! It's a total career change too. The first week feels so hard right now, but I am doing it! Not as fast as most of my classmates, but I am learning. I feel a lot of pressure to keep up and i have SO much to learn! It's been 14 years since I completed my Bachelor's. A lot has changed since then. Plus I'm doing online university this time, more software to learn on top of the education. Giving myself assurance I'm safe and I'll be ok is huge. Thanks Jess for what you do. This is one of my favourite meditations from you. Blessings from Canada

    Did training yesterday and big projects going on now. listening this at night. alot of weight during my life ..30+ years of pressure and negativity of my own mind, family and surroundings leaves scars that can not be hidden. The form of the scars are panick attacks when I found /fought my way to a happy spot in life. Mind released the shield and what was under it I would not have guessed: complete destruction of balanced soul , mind and body.

      Her channel has helped me so so much and I’d like to add so has yours! I’m happy her channels helped you too and I hope you can stop that compulsion/stim soon too! You should look into types of stims/stim toys and just self soothing things. For since childhood I picked my lips till they bled they always looked like something from a horror movie finally got myself to stop then ran into picking at my scalp struggled to stop that and then started to deal with self harm and eating disorder tendencies to control it, leaned more into those and was able to stop the scalp picking. Stopped the self harm then leaned into eating/fitness/body image fixation for a while leaning on alcoholism and weed addiction for a few years teetering between those, recent years I’ve stopped all of it and started addressing root causes of it and traumas/mental health and boy I have the worst panic and anxiety attacks all the time out of what seems no where. Sometimes there’s a reason other times I just haven’t been doing enough self soothing/stiming and the panic/anxiety attacks end in an eruption of crying/emotions then a long fit of needing lots of stims (compression hold, tapping shoulders, rocking, chewing/biting on something, bouncing my foot and random ones I do sometimes depending on the feelings like head hitting, noises and movements that need to just come out) I’d rec you to try out some daily stims when stressed like a everyday every place type one is chewing gum, or a ring or necklace to mess with, also stress toys help in my day to day when anxious to play with I get more kid like ones hehe. Hope this helps you if not at least helps you in knowing you’re not alone

    I’m 40
    Next year and just started having panic attacks and trying to work through it as I’m a dad to 4 and a 5 year old my wife got addicted to cocane and left us for the drink and drugs and now I have panic attacks trying to work and provide for my kids thanks for this video it’s help me today the 12/11/2023 to sleep and relax ❤❤❤❤

      @@LokiOfWinterfell Did you go seek for help to a psychologist? I have social anxiety and agoraphobia too. I have also had panic attacks and I'm recently having panic disorder. However my psychologist has helped me. The only way to overcome your fear is to get used to the fearful situation and see that you survived. That's how your brain starts making new patterns and stops seeing it as a threat and stops turning on the fight or flight mode. You should do this by taking little steps and slowly and very frequently without big breaks so as to get used to your fears.

    Hello, I suffer from panic attacks they started 1 year ago and I feel that they are interfering with my everyday life. I fear everything I feel in my body is another panic attack. I am sad and confused! Tha k you for putting this video up I ll try it and I hope it helps!

    Thank You Jess, these are ok for the day ? , can you make one for during a panic attack during the day , they last a hour bringing on pain flare ups, and hurts head and hip still , because I'll panic thinking I'll sleep now ? , that's how powerful for my mind at the moment . A work in progress ❤❤❤

      I am also creating a short meditation which you can use WHILST having a panic attack. That should be out within a month (I'm still working on it).     Greetings, everyone! I have a question: how does it work? I’ve been suffering from panic disorder for decades, I’m on medication, and tried several alternative methods and none of them has helped. I’m genuinely interested (and curious) to know what is the reasoning behind this method. Can someone please explain?

      @@lilly9756 you don't need to listen all night really, we are only in theta states as you fall asleep and as you wake up. when you reach deep sleep you are in delta. just a heads up. these are still very good for reprogramming the subconscious

    Ye seem to be somewhat of the helper spirit from the garden story. I have this vision of a special project to save or restore the Heaven, which is because it had to be disconnected and the most wonderful thing is being able to do this bit by bit, while not having to have the whole load of catastrophe to bear. I am going to be in the best form that I have ever been, I feel like I have some purpose and that my tough times were for a reason. I have seen and experienced things that are so amazing, I Don't know what to do about this but Life, I guess we focus on building your conscious (on my side, even though that might sound strange) by drawing forth and bringing about your person. I think you just might be the most important person to me.

      Found a gonstead method chiropractor to reset my nervous system, these sleep hypnosis videos, peppermint oil in belly button, and lavender oil in my drinks. I AM FEARLESS

    Can this work for people with Anxious Attachment Style? When I’m about to get into a relationship my anxiety levels go through the roof and I have to come out 2 weeks into it

    Hi jess at the moment when trying to get to sleep, iam uncontrollably gasping out loud or sometimes one really loud snore just as iam relaxing ready to drop off. This can go on and on for hours until I finally drop to sleep. In my mind the loud gasp makes me think that it's my heart when it happens. it sounds very extreme and not nice. It's been going on for years now and its absolutely horrible. Don't know what's making me do it but I'm desperate to find away for it to stop. Have you got any advice.

      @@jessicaheslop I detect infinite cuteness good job, I like seeing how everything is relative. if you have any ideas or causes/solutions, please let me know. This has given me the ability to see that not only does this help, I can see there was some kind of law system in place regarding not having the eve in place in your life, maybe some kind of disaster averted. You were what's enabled me to get from terrible self relations and I mean terrible, to where it is going to be easy, it really does make a difference to have a female on the other end of that sub-consciousness.
