    It's crazy that Nash returned to the Suns and won bacc to bacc MVP awards🏆🏆. Jason Kidd returned to Dallas a won a championship🏆💯

    Kidd, KJ and Nash on the same team? Unquestionably the best pg unit ever in basketball.

    Wow! I don't think there were ever three point guards at the same time at the same team who were better than that trio, KJ, Kidd and Nash in that Suns roster! All so so good, but pardon me I always went with my all time favourite the most underrated superstar caliber player ever, the easy 20-10 KJ!

      He was versatile man. So when they brought in J Kidd KJ started at the 2. Small ball 4 real, but he was so good he made it work

    Wow arguably 2 of the top 5 PG's of all-time and a guy in Kevin Johnson who could have and would have been a top 10 all-time PG if he would have remained healthy. They were all at different stages of there career. Kidd was pretty much in his prime, KJ probably a little past his prime, (with a lot of that due to injury) and Nash who was just beginning his career and had yet to reach his prime.

    What's funny during that time was that KJ was pissed off that they were signing younger guards making it look like they were replacing him. So KJ didn't come to practices saying he was sick as a protest

    Wtf, I don’t remember those 3 guys on the same team. That’s amazing to see 3 y’all of fame all stars. I’m 38 , I had to google this, I see he was drafted by them, I originally knew Steve from Dallas then to the suns with joe Johnson, and amare .

    Great video. A backcourt of KJ, Kidd, and Nash coached by Ainge a two time championship Celtics guard seems unguardable or at least a pain in the ass. I would’ve hated to be tasked with chasing anyone of those guys around on D.

    If Suns just had any one of these PGs now, smh... Rubio was finally a legit PG they've had in recent memory.
    But damn! Those 3 PGs in Kidd, KJ, and NASH were the most handsome and funnest thing I've seen in basketball. I fell in love with basketball during that team, because of that small ball. It was unique and entertaining, especially with McDyess.

  • @charismatic9904

    Late 90s, Suns couldn't do more because they had to many PG's. This is a prime example. Then in 2000 with KJ, Kidd, Penny. These guys (just like nash, KJ, Kidd) need to handle the ball. Its like the knicks now with to many forwards.

    • @FuShengAlex
      @FuShengAlex 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's always been the Suns franchises Achilles heel. Over 50 years into existence their best interior defensive C has been Oliver Millers beluga self lol.
      The closest thing they've ever had to a dominant C to date has been Amar'e Stoudemire who was a PF
