Hi! Thank you for the information! I just got an offer and I'm trying to see if it's better to apply together w/my partner or get my visa and then his. What do you recommend? applying for the two visas at once or once I have mine, my dependent should apply?

Hi , Plz include details for medical requirement on TB test for UAE resident. (applying for tier 2 visa) Bcz I could nt find the test center in UAE. Thanks .
www.gov.uk/tb-test-visa check this link out and see if your country needs TB test and if it does and UK approved centres are not available then you may have to travel to neighbouring country. From what I see, UAE does not fall in the list. Hope this helps

Why does UK employerS not employ you if you are on student visa and you have finished your studies. Most of them ask the candidates to be on graduate visa and it will take time for me to apply for the graduate visa. I don’t know what to do
U.K. employers need to be definite about your stay period in the country. Unless you renew and have a valid BRP with valid leave to remain in the country, it doesn’t make sense to employ students who have only one or two months remaining on their visa permit. Best thing to do is apply for your Post Study Work Permit and once you receive the BRP or confirmed letter from Home Office that you have successfully got PSW then let the employer know. Hope this helps🙌🏻
Thanks for your swift reply . Even if I join a company on graduate visa on a team leaders role still they say that they do not sponsor on managerial role. There are so many obstacles and restrictions in this country to work even on a leadership role of a renowned company in the United Kingdom
@@nbkbif3 Every country has its own set of challenges when it comes to job roles and employment. Despite the opportunities it's always best to know and understand that any country would give higher preference to someone who is local to the country and has least amount of working restrictions like visa and leave to remain or employment restrictions. But this is not to take away from the fact that companies that do sponsor Tier 2 visas in the UK are happy to endorse applicants as long as they know they're highly skilled and suitable for the job. There's a lot of work that goes behind endorsements and companies want to be double sure about who they sponsor and if actually they don't have existing talent in the country. This is my perspective and I hope it helps you to understand the reality behind endorsements. Good luck with you job applications, I am sure you will get there, keep trying and don't lose heart!

I did mistake while visa apply I am a chef, My job is not in under shortage occupation list.. But I selected yes instead of NO.. I am feel very much worry.. Any idea? I given cover letter also regarding this mistake..any chance to get visa?
If you have clarified on the cover letter about the mistake on your application form, it will be considered. What’s important is that you have an endorsement or sponsorship letter from a licensed company in the U.K. The final decision is obviously in the hands of the decision maker that is the Home Office.
You need to find a job with a company that sponsors. That is all the help she can give you. Look online on cv library, reed and just look online for jobs in your field. Also it’ll be easier if your job is on the shortage occupation list.

You can always apply together. As long as you have the CoS, you should be alright.
How can I change my visa from dependent tier 2 to skilled worker visa?
You will need a licensed sponsor to offer your skilled worker visa sponsorship.

If you have a sponsor you can apply for Tier 2, however it’s always best to complete your studies first.

Broken flow!!!! You were telling the meaning of "You can work with your sponser company", what about, shall I work partime with other employer??????
You can work with another employer in the similar industry however you are liable to inform the home office about it.
