how to activate centreline in a circular cutout in top view bcz i cant see in annotate....
Place a datum point in the centre of the sketch. You will get it through annotate show and erase.

Sir...in Creo 3.0..there is no corner treatment option.....then how to treat corners in creo 3.0.....any other options there?
In creo 3 you can use offset option to move flange out to edge.
