Create without seam removes excess material which intersect the flat in first wall. but in Creo 5.0 i tried corner and bend relief no use. any other solution to solve
In this video you using the comment seam . Creo 4.0 there is not available seam comment or please tell me how to find the seam comment in this version .
How did you bring planes at 9:04 while mirroring. Is the any shortcut or is it a mapkey. If it is a mapkey what all are the steps you have recorded while recording the mapkey. Thank you.

Hi sir while changing the angle from 90 to 110 the surface becomes flat it is not moving as per your part.

Hi I am using Creo 5.0 in part 8.08 while creating flange there is no option like create with out swept
This is the new function added in Creo 6. For earlier release of Creo, you need to cut the material to get this result.

Sorry to say that this is not possible in Creo 4. This option is available only in higher version.

Your "hide dimensions" is active. That's why dimensions are not visible.
